One benefit is that there are four water dispensers, two on each side. Since I usually bring at least four, I can fill the jugs in record time. Today was more complicated. One side would not accept dollar bills, only coins. The other side accepted bills but after filling one jug would not fill any more. So I had to put the dollar bills in the one, press the "return change" button, retrieve quarters and use them on the other side... Hopefully they will get that repaired soon, because it would have been easier to go a little out of my way to the competition at Watermill.

I spoke to a female over the phone who explained the water filtration process to me. She advised me no matter what company I went with, I needed a salt water system because the water here in the valley was very coarse/harsh. Sorry, I didn't get the lady"s name but she was very professional and knowledgeable about the Waterboy system. A service technician arrived at my home named Jason Gaytan. The lady in question is Jason"s wife. Jason called me ahead of time to let me know he was enroute. Jason arrived on time and installed my Waterboy system in a timely and professional manner. Jason also installed a filtration system in our kitchen so we could have purified drinking water for the kitchen area and our refrigerator. Jason explained the whole filtration process and showed me videos of how the filters work. I was very impressed with Jason's knowledge of the system. The price of the system was reasonable and I wanted to protect my biggest asset. My home. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right. Great customer service. Thank you Jason for all your hard work. Thank you for taking the time to explain to me what I was actually purchasing and why it was necessary for me to invest in a water filtration system. Watermill Express is a self service place to fill water jugs or to purchase ice. Water is 25 cents…read morea gallon. There are water dispensers that charge less but you can tell the difference when you drink it... Watermill Express has a 12 step purification process and the water taste is excellent, far superior to the tap water we get through the city or North Alamo Water. Take your own jugs. Be prepared with dollar bills that are not faded or torn and coins (quarters, dimes, nickles). The dispenser sometimes runs out of change. The dispensers are sanitized daily, but be aware during COVID-19 that other people touch the buttons. I always take sanitizer. There are bags available for the ice, but I find it easier to take an ice chest and get it in bulk. This location is next O'Reilly's Auto Parts, about a block west of the expressway on University Drive (107). There are multiple other locations nearby in the rare case this one is temporarily out of service.
