Im old school, so the firm handshake and eye to eye contact told me a lot about Eddie and I didnt even know him. Eddie asked me a few questions about my issue and explained to me in detail what he was going to do. Eddie went to work right away. Eddie's work ethic was thorough and professional. Eddie told me exactly what the problem was and showed me photos and a video of what he observed. To show me a video and pictures of the problem was exceptional customer service. Eddie could of walked in and told me anything but I could tell Eddie was proud of the company he was representing. Drum roll. Eddie showed me the bill to repair the problem. I was really hoping the matter was not major. The estimate was very reasonable and normally I would have no issues paying the cost for the repair. I explained to Eddie I was having a hard time due to the government shutdown. I had to wait until the boss, my wife, came home to see what we could. All kidding aside, Eddie gave me so many options to pay. Eddie talked me through every payment option the company had. I felt Eddie was real and was truly looking out for me, the customer. Eddie said he would also discuss the matter with his manager so I could get the best deal/price. My wife and I were able to get an excellent price and a payment plan we could afford. The kind of payment plan that doesn't keep you up all night. Sometimes when you write a review for someone like Eddie, you really cant express in words how the person made you feel. Eddie made me feel the repairs would be completed in a professional, timely manner, because Eddie was going to do the job. I had trust in Eddie from the time he shook my hand.
