We called AquaMobile for our two kids, who already knew some basics. The woman we spoke to recommended Kristopher Pullen, and he has been absolutely fantastic. From the very first lesson, the kids were clearly learning a lot and becoming really comfortable in the water. He clearly has a lesson plan and knows exactly what to do, all the time, and the kids have responded well. They look forward to every swimming lesson! Kristopher is very thoughtful, kind, patient, and reliable - we couldn't ask for a better instructor for our kids. We're looking forward to more lessons over the summer! read more

Our instructor from AquaMobile was outstanding - Deanna-K. She taught three children for us, aged 3 to 5 years old. She provided the perfect combination of encouragement and instruction. After two weeks of lessons everyday the children had lost their fear of getting their faces wet and going underwater and are well on their way to swimming on their own. They made enormous progress in a short period of time under her tutelage. read more

Awful service! The availability of the instructor they paired me with was incorrect and I had to manage that with them. The 2nd instructor, I had to flex for him and he cancelled on me on the first session. I asked for the 90 days refund and was told within 5 days. I called back 3 times over a month and was told a manager had to get involved and will be calling me. That never happened. Its been over a month and I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. They love to apologize but do not provide a good service! Do not use.. read more

Amazing service. I booked ten lessons for my 3 girls. Had two instructors who the girls loved. They got my reluctant and not confident scared daughter swimming in two lessons. By the last lesson she was on level 5. I cannot say enough about this service. Highly recommend. read more

Our little one (4 years old) told us that he would go to his swim lesson but was not going to enter the pool. 5 minutes into the lesson Madison had him in the water learning how to swim. If you need lessons in Atlanta, choose Aqua Mobile Swim School! read more

I recognize that they offer 45 minute increments, but I don't feel that this added anything. Second, some lessons did not happen because of lockdowns. The school said that we would get a discount on fees. Then they said that we would be charged the full fees but get extra lessons. Then they said that I would get a credit. Guess what? Never got anything. They are hard to get a hold of and emails I sent bounced back.

The Pros: -The Director has really stepped back in overall Management and mellowed out a bit since I've known him to the benefit of the company. -The Recruitment Bonus program is great to bring your friends on. They don't need to be qualified & you get monetary compensation. -They provide the best outcome for kids, simply because their grading standards require more to pass. Creating stronger swimmers than the City and most other programs I've experienced. The Cons: -Jack of Sports is the least educated "Swim School" I've seen in the sense of most of the staff are not certified to teach swimming lessons nor have much if any first aid training. Management more commonly obtain even fewer qualifications in the courses that they oversee causing a noticeable disconnect. -I vehemently suggest to parents to check if your child's lifeguard is certified, Jack of Sports' Upper Management does not do an appropriate job of keeping track of staff certifications. They are unaware when or if staff are expired or need to renew. I have personally worked shifts here, with no certified Lifeguard on deck. -Management Organization needs improvement, this deeply ties into having too many uncertified and untrained Managers in the field they are overseeing. Their approach to bringing on new staff with little training themselves leads to poor hires. This extends into the classroom space where poor teaching styles lead to multiple required make up classes for students who fail. It was also reported to me that a JoS lifeguard used a Lysol wipe to clean a kids wound. It wouldn't be documented though, as I have not seen this company use an Incident report once. I hope the child is okay. -They often attempt to remove or cover up negative reviews about them from platforms like Google. When with them, I encouraged them to change the opinion of the reviews by showing quality service. Finding Google New Articles about their conduct is especially troubling. In my opinion, Jack of Sports could be the next "Toronto Lifeguarding"

We have done swimming lessons with JofS with zero issue, but when my daughter wanted to move on to…read moredo her lifeguarding we had a horrible customer service interaction. We signed up for the course and I made an error. I fully admit is was error. She did not have the correct First Aid course. I did have to enter all of her certifications for sign up and did list the first aid course, but when signing up and before the course started. I made the error and they didn't catch it. Either way my daughter was sent home, BUT when I asked about a refund I was told I was out of luck. For the $500 course I could only get $250 back. I didn't cancel at the last minute or any other disrespectful method. I was very apologetic and explained how I wanted to try to get her into another course as soon as possible - doing it with them would mean not until the end of the summer. Either way I was dismissed. The entire experience rubbed me the wrong way. They were so indifferent.

All I have to say is that this is the most inhumane company I have ever dealt with. I went to their gym ONCE and I won't go into details because it is very personnal but any gym would have let me cancel my membership with what I lived through. Their lack of compasion, kindness or empathy has been deeply hurtful and completely uncalled for. I went to their gym once. Now they have put a collection agency on my case. Again, used their facility ONCE AND I PAID 2 months.

Wonderful instructors and great support overall. We have 5 and 7 year old girls who had completed a number of previous swimming lessons before signing up for AquaMobile. After our daughters completed just 6 lessons with AquaMobile they learned more than all their other lessons combined. We were initially reluctant to sign up because we live north of Newmarket and didn't know availability of instructors. Our first instructor was awesome but took a full time job elsewhere so for our remaining lessons we have a new instructor coming this Saturday. Availability of instructors has not been an issue for us and the online scheduling system is really easy to use. I will not be taking my daughters for swim lessons anywhere else when you can do from the comfort of your own home with great people. Extremely impressed and happy. read more

What a terrific experience! We booked a package of 1hr lessons for my 4.5 year old son with Madeline. We are extremely happy. Our son went to Zodiac swim school at TFS for almost a year (Sep -June) and was still stuck on Level 1/2. (he wouldn't put his head under water, etc) We decided to try privates with Aquamobile and Madeline was able to have him progress through all requirements for level 1 & 2 in 3 lessons!! Needleless to say - we are thrilled! She connected very quickly with our son and identified the root of his anxiety around water and he was swimming in no time! I have used AquaMobile for two summers now. Their service has been one of the best and most positive consumer experiences I have had. Right from the office/admin staff to the two excellent instructors that have taught my daughters each year. They have taken 2 little girls and are making excellent swimmers out of them. The whole concept of Aqua mobile coming to your pool is a god send for two working parents, time spend traveling to swim lessons is now spent in the pool, and the benefits have shown. Their costs are very reasonable and service excellent and I will use them every year to help improve my kids swimming. read more

We started working with AquaMobile Swim School a number of years ago to help our younger daughter get over her fear of the water. The instructors are top-notch and very quickly she began advancing and swimming independently. More was accomplished in 2 weeks with AquaMobile than had been learned in several years of small group lessons! Since then, both of our daughters have progressed quickly through the levels benefiting from the one-on-one attention and skill development. The instructors a very knowledgeable, professional and have a great rapport with the kids. I would highly recommend this service. read more

AquaMobile Swim School is a great choice for busy families that want the convenience, privacy and specialized one on one instruction that you don't get elsewhere. Our instructor (Adrienne) was fantastic with our 4 year old son. She was very friendly, courteous and professional and knew when to challenge him at just the right time to further his development. Our son made leaps and bounds this summer and is now swimming at a level that we couldn't have imagined before we began with AquaMobile and Adrienne. We signed up for 4 private lessons with instructor Heather. She was in charge of 5 2 year olds who are just learning to swim. Group sing songs and activities made the kids really feel at ease and Heather's demeanor was great. We could have benefited from a little bit more structure to the lessons, and our little ones' attention spans lasted about 1/2 hour (our lessons were 1 hour long.) However, overall we found Aquamobile to be an excellent service and Heather was terrific. Rachel, who helped us with the sign up process, provided outstanding customer service. Thank you! read more

I am a very happy Aqua Mobile customer. It is so important for kids to learn how to swim but with everybody's lives being so busy convenience is also a huge factor. Aqua Mobile makes it so easy for your kids to have swimming lessons because they come to you. Their website is easy to navigate, they have lots of teachers, the customer service has been awesome and I've been fortunate enough to have a swim instructor for my daughter that has been amazing. Aqua mobile has been fantastic for my daughter. I looked around for a while before finding this company. The instructors have been great, firm yet kind, punctual and enthusiastic. As far as customer service goes, the Aqua Mobile staff have been responsive and VERY fair! The only thing is that it is quite expensive and some may not be able to afford this luxury. Overall, I would highly recommend Aqua Mobile to anyone who is looking to have swimming lessons come to them. read more

Aquamobile provides a wonderful, convenient experience for families. Learning to swim in the comfort of your own pool is impossible to beat. I wish we lived in a warmer climate so our kids could continue with aquamobile all year round rather than having to switch to an indoor facility for fall/winter. Our instructor, Samira, was very encouraging, understanding and patient with the kids. We will certainly register again. read more

i had someone come to teach my two daughters, 6yo and 4yo. 4yo is a very independent little one who normally doest sit still (aka not the best listener). but heather came along, kids love heather, classes were very smoothly and kids improved their swimming dramatically in 10 weeks. at the end, girls were sad to see that summer was over but for sure we will have aqua mobile and their team return next year read more

Leah and AquaMobile are 5 stars all the way! My grandsons, ages 4 and 5, learned to swim over the course of a dozen lessons. The instructor, Leah, was professional, upbeat, great with the kids, and skilled. By the end of the lesson, the 5 year old was actually trying to get his technique right on the front crawl! Well worth it. Also, it was easier and more efficient than taking them to the local pool. read more

I was having a get together for my family and friends and needed a guard in Brampton, so our lifeguard, Cristiana, showed up all the way from Niagara Region and she was fantastic! When our 6y old son started his lessons he was afraid to put his face in the water!Now, thanks to Bailey's instruction, patience and encouragement he is now swimming across the pool!
