That set the stage for what became my best vendor/customer relationship on the OBX. We have a 26+ rentals/yr and have never gotten any complaints. I know they come in 2 to 3 times a week to service our property and they do look out for my interests. Shelly, John and their people treat the house like they own it and give me pro-active feedback on maintenance, renter comments and fair pricing on repairs they perform or oversee other pool contractors. I trust them so much, they are also the first people I ask for references on other contract work. In eight years, they never faltered and I wish I had this great experience with all my contractors.

I am renting a house in kitty hawk with my family and friends. The first day that we got here the…read morehot tub and pool both were dirty. We were so excited to be here we chose to overlook this. The following day we reached out to our property manager and let them know the hot tub needed serviced immediately. We reached out 3 separate times. The hot tub was cloudy and the smell was so overwhelming it made me gag. The pool servicer arrived to the house on the 4th day to service the hot tub. She did not introduce herself, say good morning, nothing... the first thing she said was "someone has been peeing in the water" we are all adults on this vacation and know to get out and go to the restroom. That was not the issue. When she pulled the disposable filter out of the hot tub it was black. There is no possible way that the hot tub filter turned black in 3 days. Instead of replacing the filter the servicer sprayed it with disinfectant and sprayed it out. The water that was so contaminated was emptied into the pool, and then the water used to refill the hot tub came directly from the pool. How is this safe to get in again if the exact same water was used. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.
