I asked the owner who was at the counter is the cost on the wall and I pointed to the cost. The owner said yes. I said we (pointing to my husband) both would like a 30 minute massage. The owner and possible her husband showed my husband and myself were to go. There as another massage therapist working with a customer that was already there. That customer was getting a chair massage. When the massage was finished. I counted out $80.00 and handed the money to the owners husband - along with a $5.00 each tip. He said no and I thought to myself I know I counted my money correctly. I do not understand the no. The owner pointed to the sign that was behind the counter on the wall. That said "TIP" I said yes and I pointed to the $5.00 bills. The wife then said you pay for tip $20.00 each. I said what? The husband then said more tip this not enough. Then the female owner said you owe $20 each two people this not enough need to give more money. I said no. This is the tip. The owner tossed the money on the counter and spoke in her language to her husband and they pointed to the door and said loudly GET OUT. We left. We were visiting from a different state. This happened today June 7th in the afternoon.
