It's a club like setting with loud popular music and songs you can sing along to.. You have to know how to swim, it's not a life vest it's a foam waist belt that you fasten around your waist. Wear a hat, optional to wear a rash guard or water sun shade long sleeves if you don't want t to get a tan and wear a one suit as some exercises can loosen oversized or stretched out swimwear. At the first party the lifeguard (I'm forgetting her name) had to rescue one little girl who got caught underwater. Yesterday at the 8 year old party, Vanessa was EXCELLENT. Prompt, kind, professional and watched over (13) 5-10 year olds for 3 hours. It would have made me crazy but she was amazing.
