In April 2024, we took my car to Sess Auto Repair in Brookeland, Texas which is owned and run by…read moreJessie Session. The car had already been diagnosed with 1 blown head gasket and that the coolant reservoir needed to be replaced. Jessie Session quoted us $1175 to repair. Money was paid in full to him May 8, 2024. One week later he came back and said the "fix" for the head gasket would require another $1000. That money was paid to him on May 15. On May 29th, he would not answer text or phone calls regarding when we could pick up car. This went on till July 3rd when I threatened via text to involve law enforcement. He then called and proceed to say he had been in hospital but car would be fixed by the following week. You guessed it no car, no text, no call. So called local sheriff and advised Jessie that I would be reporting car stolen. (You see during this time he moved my car from his shop to his home without consent or notification.) So he finally said car would be ready Friday July 19th., and he was fixing timing chain with his own money since it was messed up (the timing chain was fine when he took possession of the car). Guess what no car because he broke a hose and couldn't get one till Monday. So Monday July 22, this man calls me at work from his smart phone to tell me that he is locked in car and the factory security on car will not reset and he doesn't know what to do. I had to call Chevy Dealership for him and get him the answer. Needless to say, he had car towed to our house last night after nasty phone calls between him and my son. The car is not locked via security system. He just never fixed anything on the car. The reservoir still has leak and crack in same place, the car sounds worse than before, so now I will be forced to seek legal action. I have the mechanic coming today to document damages to my car and the repairs not done. My advice, do not trust this man period.
