I always get the $5 exterior wash and I'll tell you, my car is pre washed to the point of being clean. Going through the wash is just a formality. They do a great job! There may have been some issues in the past with their service but give them a chance to earn your business. They do a better job than Auto Bell in my opinion but that's been my experience. Erica C.
