If you have never been to a cat cafe, the whole point is to socialize with adoptable cats. From what I remember, cat adoption cost here was $125. When we got into the kitty room, there were only three cats out and exploring. Two wanted nothing to do with us and the other was cute and cuddly with another family there. After about 45 minutes, we asked one of the owners how many cats were there and she went to a back room where their litter boxes are housed and she coaxed out a few more cats. They mentioned that there were several kittens being brought in the next day as well. The space was so cute with fun murals, ample seating, and most importantly, lots of comfy spots for the cats to lounge and hidden nooks to explore. There were board games and video games for their human visitors as well as some suckers. Since they are getting rid of the slushy machines, they even offered us free slushies. While there were pics of the cats on the cat condo wall, it was still a tad challenging to tell what each cat's name was. It would be awesome to have names easily visible on their collars and a few more cat toys to play with them. Hope this spot is successful and lots of loving and sassy cats find good homes. :-)

It was super packed due to it being opening day. I assume in the future it will become less packed so the animals aren't as stressed and there is more room. However, the only thing I would say would be nice, if in the future it is packed, maybe have a room limit that way people can enjoy the time with the cats and the cats don't get stressed out. But the main cat area is really cute. I love the design in the room. The cat hotel / loft is really cute. It allows the cat to retreat to a nice safe place if they want to be left alone. There are lots of seats for you to sit in including a nice comfy couch where you can sit down and enjoy some gaming. While I was there I didn't have a chance to really get a drink. I really wanted to enjoy playing with the cats so I didn't get one. However, a lot of people seem to enjoyed it. The drinks appeared to come out to the customers pretty quickly. This is a GLORIFIED SHELTER. It wasn't at all what we were expecting and we actually feel pretty guilty for leaving our two puppers here. We definitely won't be bringing them back. We got the "Luxury Suite" and requested they be given toys for their stay (you click the options when you use their obligatory curbside pick up. You are not allowed inside to see where your dog is staying. This was a RED FLAG I wish I'd paid more attention to). We used the Live Webcam sporadically through their stay and saw they were never given any toys! None! Not for nearly two days! They just laid there, bored out of their minds. I'm not sure how they are selling the "luxury" part of this scam, either; your dog is staying in a shelter-like kennel, surrounded by other dogs. Potty breaks are very spaced out (5 hours apart) and minimal--they weren't let out after 4:00 PM!! I am completely flabbergasted at the services offered, their stay in no way reflected what we were led to believe our pups would experience. We got our pups back and it was clear they'd also had minimal human contact the entire time we were gone; we watched on camera during pick up as they went crazy for attention when someone came to pick them up (not at all characteristic of them). They stank like a shelter and have diarrhea and are exhausted from not sleeping (surrounded by constant barking the whole time, just like in a shelter). It's as if we took them to the Animal Shelter for the weekend, not the resort-style experience we thought we were purchasing for our fur babies. Our dogs were there for less than 48 hours and it cost us almost $250!!! We were quoted a price MUCH lower when we dropped them off and they didn't apply our veteran discount, even though we discussed it on the phone. USE ROVER.

I found it to be…read moreone of the nicest pet facilities in Knoxville -- it's very clean, there's decent outdoor space for the dogs and it looks nothing like a shelter. For day camp, the dogs get two, hour and half play periods (separated by size) which might not be enough if you have a young dog with a lot of energy, but of course it's better than nothing. Camp spaces can fill up really fast; one of my biggest gripes with this place is that you really need to book in advance - especially for Friday spots. If your schedule stays the same and you know it in advance, then it shouldn't be a problem for you. However, that isn't the case for my husband and I. Because we need to book week by week, we are often unable to use Petsafe for day camp and have to use a different place. As for boarding, there's no where else I'd rather leave my dog for a weekend or long trip. Again, the rooms are really nice and they offer lots of different options, with add-ons like special treats. I love the webcam for checking in on my pup too. One thing I don't like is that there is no camp on the weekend, so no interaction or play time with other dogs. I usually pay extra for my dog to have a VIP season aka one on one time with the attendant so he doesn't get too bored. I also don't like that you can't call on the weekends to see how your dog is doing. In general, the phone system is so bad there that often you have to call multiple times before you get through. It is easily my biggest frustration with the place. Finally, the groomer is great. She's given my dog the best hair cuts he's ever gotten. So overall, you can expect to have a good experience here. I know my dog loves it and I know he's in good hands whether I'm at work for the day or traveling for the week.

I have been coming her for 12 years, always been good until the last few years. I noticed that the…read morequality of the service seemed to be going down and the bill going up.Took my dog there recently, the doctor counted out and measured 5 lumps, and it was decided that they would do surgery to remove them all, and then biopsy. Second to the lump removals was to spay her at the same time. Got a call after surgery that they took two lumps but could not get the third as it would have been too close to where the spay would be. I told them that the primary reason for surgery was for the lumps and that should have trumped the spay, plus it was 5 removals, not 3. They then changed the scope and said this was always just a biopsy and not about removal (Wrong) and that they noted only 3 lumps (wrong). A week later they called to say no cancer but that they recommend ANOTHER surgery to remove all lumps.. I find theM to be very disingenuous about this, it was never just a biopsy, it was to remove all lumps and it cost me over 3 grand. They refuse to admit they were wrong. I will never return to their facility.
