I asked if I could get a different one since this particular product was showing signs of being defective . he said "no obviously if you smoke it the battery will die" (not sure how one small hit can go from 100% to 86% in less than a second" and i just accepted it and continued to browse with my spouse. (but if you smoke geek bars you know sometimes they don't always come 100% charged and 99.9% of the time I'm cool with it.) now when my spouse goes to the front and starts looking for a geek bar I noticed a sign saying "geek bar defective? ask for another and we'll happily replace" my husband grabbed a different geek bar and asked if he could test it out. when it turned on it was at 99% before he could even test it out it immediately went down to 76%. when I noticed it I told the cashier "hey this one was just at 100% and now it's at 76% is there anyway we can at least get this one replaced?" he then decided to raise his voice and start saying "no I'm not going to come out of $50 out my pocket because the vape YOU chose isn't working" mind you I was very understanding and wasn't mad at all until he started talking over me while I was trying to go based off of the STORE POLICY "if defective let us know and we'll replace"I'm not sure if this guy was new or not but the way he handled the situation was fucking insane. guy was rude asf. The whole place has a very nice family atmosphere (as well as you can get for a head shop), with the owner and (presumably) his girlfriend or wife in the back. Really great vibe from them. They also keep their boxer, bulldogs and boston terrier in the store. This was a huge plus for me, because I adore dogs. I will be back for the atmosphere and competitive prices.
