This guy is a used car dealer, of boats. He has reneged on the sale of a boat, which has made him out to be a liar. This so called yacht broker, lists boat for sale that he has no control over. And the apologies when he sells it to 2 different people. I would never again trust him to sell a boat to me or especially to list a boat for me. If you let him show you a boat for sale, get ready for unanswered phone calls, no response to text or emails. Then completely not showing up for meetings set by him just hours earlier. This guy is a joke.. When a salesman has to apologize saying, if I had any control over my business I would do keep my word and sell you the boat. There is obviously something wrong. I have called on two listings in 2 4 weeks. both "just sold". both listings are still up on boattrader and yacht world today. hours of research on my end wasted for bait and switch broker. read more

Aqueous has sold over 500 boats out of its Jupiter location since 2005. The 2016 review from Bc was from a gentelman looking to purchase a brokerage boat. This boat was not owned by Aqueous and the price was sent by the owner. The hopeful buyer made a low-ball offer on a listing that clearly stated "sold on a first-come, first-served basis". Even though the broker for Aqueous advised the buyer that the owner was expecting the listed price, the hopeful buyer demanded that the offer be made. The offer was made and, as expected, declined. The following day, a different buyer purchased the boat at the listed price. The prior buyer then came to the marina and began cursing in a tirade with his child present. He was upset that Aqueous did not sell the boat to him, even though he refused to pay the listed price. He later when on a tangent stating that the broker had no control over the sale. Well, brokerage is very different than a used auto dealer... Brokers have a fiduciary duty that they uphold, which is what transpired with Bc. Unfortunately for him, he wanted to low-ball, missed his opportunity, then wanted someone else to blame. read more
