I called to rectify the situation and the owner James responds with a nasty childlike attitude.Then he asks me why I'm calling him so early and tells me he will call me back. It's been over a week now and now and when I call he's never there. They are great at taking your money but refuse to replace something if and when they break it . I just wanted my vehicle back in the condition it was to begin with. What is so hard about that? I would NOT recommend taking any luxury car here for a tint job bc apparently when they break something they will refuse to fix it. They will then blame the car and complain how difficult it was to work on. How about this,dont take a job on if you dont have the knowledge or expertise of doing it properly! Very dissatisfied!

Literally 5 minutes later I arrive and there was a white customer asking about getting his windows tinted today and he was scheduled for 2 o'clock today. When I ask the guy about it, he claimed he was all booked up to do a full car but he never checked to see if I wanted a full car done. So it's like this, I will spend my money where the people are honest fair and about equality. I will advise you to do the same.
