I paid for paint protection on the front, fenders and hood and mirrors. After letting it cure for more than 2 weeks the film did not lay flat on the hood or 1 mirror, so I took it back and they ended up replacing the hood film and 1 mirror film and it's the same issue all over again. I'll let it continue to cure, but I'm not impressed with their installation technique. read more

I scheduled an appointment for the following day. When it came time for my appointment, I was there on schedule and they also took my car in right on schedule. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and modern. You probably won't find an auto shop on this scale with such a nice waiting area. In less than an hour, my car was done and I was on my way. I was not impressed at all with the windows on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The side windows had small wrinkles in the corners, dirt under the film and scratch marks in the tint. The tint did not run to the edge of the door glass, so it looks goofy with the windows partially down. Maybe the tinter was new to the profession, but I don't feel I got a $350.00 looking tint job for my money. Back in 2018 Edgar did the windows on my F-150 and it looked gorgeous so that's the reason I went back. read more

Hint - When I was younger and had my vehicles tinted I would mess with the bubbles by trying to get them out with a credit card and poking them with a needle. DON'T DO IT!! I had 4 small bubbles on one of my windows this time. I just let them be as the guys told me to. They said after a week if they're still there to come back and they will re do their work. Sure enough, after 3 days of the car staying outside the bubbles were gone. Listen to the professionals and follow their instructions! read more

Employees were 15 minutes late. Waa not asked if my vehicle was previously tinted, even though all vehicles come stock from the factory that way. Asked for 125 extra just to remove but did not ask about this prior to my arrival. Lady at desk was extremely rude. I would never reccomend them. read more
