Upon pick up he tells me he used 2 tubes of silicone to glue my doors back together and he broke my tweeter cover. I called to rectify the situation and the owner James responds with a nasty childlike attitude.Then he asks me why I'm calling him so early and tells me he will call me back. It's been over a week now and now and when I call he's never there. They are great at taking your money but refuse to replace something if and when they break it . I just wanted my vehicle back in the condition it was to begin with. What is so hard about that? I would NOT recommend taking any luxury car here for a tint job bc apparently when they break something they will refuse to fix it. They will then blame the car and complain how difficult it was to work on. How about this,dont take a job on if you dont have the knowledge or expertise of doing it properly! Very dissatisfied!

Decided to go with tinting and after using Yelp to see who and what was available, I decided to go with AR Window Tint. AR stands for the owners name Alberto R, so he takes a lot of care and pride in doing a job right..and that's just what he did. He quoted me a price online. Showed up at my house on time. Explained my options based on my type of windows, location of windows, etc.. I settled on a blue type tint to reduce glare and heat coming through the windows, but also to accent the blue sky that you see. He did an A+ job on the install. The windows look great!
