I've been in the area for quite a long time and finally decided to give Arabica a try one. I went solo just to have a few drinks before heading home so I didn't try the hookah but I did notice that they had one out of a pineapple which I'd never seen before. (Maybe I'm late lol) but I can imagine it enhances the flavor. The ambiance was really nice and the environment was super chill. Music playing but laid back which was perfect for me since I wasn't really looking for a "party" vibe that night. The frozen Passionfruit Margaritas were delicious, I ended up ordering 2! There was an issue with one of the food items I ordered but the server made it right with no problem which I appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my visit! read more

No frills hookah / cafe. Great patio area, customer service and menu. The staff here is so chill - they let me bring my dog and even offered to give him water and ice for the hot patio. I had a work call and one of the staff asked if I needed the music down - just cool all around. Great place to get work done. I will say their "doors open" time is more of a suggested time than an something to set your clock by but that's a minor detail compared to the service and vibez. Legit espressos too. Staying in Beachwood for work, I searched for the closest hookah lounge that didn't look like a club, and Arabica Coffee House came up. I came on a Tuesday night and it wasn't overly crowded. The hookah was great, they did serve alcohol. The atmosphere was relaxed, contemporary, and clean. Service was great from their whole staff. Good place, but overrated. Across the street is SKY LOUNGE, and they have food unlike arabica, and there prices are literally half of arabica, and better quality. Plus, Arabica does mandatory gratuity, which kind of defeats the purpose of tipping based on service. This used to be my go to spot every time, but after one trip to SKY, I don't see any reason going back to arabica. ALSO, they reuse hoses. Sky gives you brand new in packaging. Arabica washes them and seals them up in the back. Water stains inside the hose itself. read more

Wanted to give this place a try since there isn't many hookah bars to go out to in Cleveland. Drove about 30 minutes to the place, only to be have an employee rudely tell us that "we're closing up soon." It's hilarious because they have inconsistent hours. If you're going to turn away business, then update your hours! Yet, it's my fault for not reading the reviews since this place has a streak for racism, inconsistent service, and gang violence. Great first impression!  A friend and I stopped in for the first time for the Hookah bar on a Sunday afternoon. Our server named Neveen Danial provides us a spectacular and excellent service! She took extra care of us since we told them it was our first time. The place was clean. The atmosphere is beautiful. The staff works so well together. Very reasonable priced as well. I'm a huge fan of Arabica's mochas. They have a nice variety of flavors & the coffee isn't strong at all...which I LOVE. I do notice that when you get a flavored mocha, it can be a tad bit too sweet for my liking. I try to stick with just the regular cafe mocha (iced or hot), not too sweet...it's pretty much perfect. Another thing I really like about Arabica are the prices! You can get a large mocha for only $4.25 which to me is great because I spend $5+ at Starbucks for a drink I'm not satisfied with. The only thing I don't like about this Arabica is the atmosphere. It's...strange. People are smoking hookah, they sell lottery, there's music blasting, & the lights in the next room looks like a club. It's very...different to say the least. Other than that, I really like Arabica's coffee & will be getting my mocha fix often here. read more

Fred is racist. He refused to let's us sit upstairs because were black and young. We wanted to go somewhere chill and have a seat to relax and smoke hookah. We then were rudely stopped by Fred and told follow me. I then said we want to stay upstairs? Because Downstairs is to loud and clubbish. Fred then said I don't have any seats available upstairs. I said I'm looking at 3 open tables. He then responds it's only 1 table and it only seats 4 ppl. There was clearly 3 open tables ! I then stated that's perfect it's 4 of us. The hours are inconsistent. Sat in the courtyard waiting for them to open. An hour later after multiple people came by to find they were not open at 1:30 in the afternoon an owner/ manager showed up. He was rude and made no apology for not being open on time (10:00 by his own admission). Respect for clients and basic customer service is seemingly becoming more of a lost art. read more

Such a great hookah hangout! Went with a group of friends and we had no problem with seating- there's lots of couches and there's a huge outdoor area to toke as well. The atmosphere is pretty chill and the crowd is mixed but mostly 20s from what I've seen. There's a great list of tasty flavors, and they have some really great citrus ones. The hookahs are all nice and pull great, the premiums are a great choice as well. The only negative is they charge one hookah for every two people but the hookahs are fairly priced. They have a great drink cafe, the smoothies are a great pair with smoking and they all taste great. I've been here twice so far and won't hesitate to go back! read more

I first found Arabica when visiting family in the area a couple months back. I decided I wanted to try some great "non-starbucks" coffee and add a little bit of hookah smoking and sure enough, I was led here. My first impression of the place wasn't too bad given the fact that I am from California (Hookah Heaven), I really liked the outdoor seating. Hookah was okay, dont really like quick lite coals. I usually get a headache after using those coals, but this wasn't too bad. Great drinks and price isn't so bad. Great atmosphere, Great Service, I didn't try the food, but I'm sure thats great too. When I go to a coffee shop there are two things that are key. A: Good drinks. B: Good atmosphere. This place fails on both of these things. The drinks taste horrible and are WAY too sweet! Also no prices are posted ANYWHERE! Everything I have ever ordered there seems overpriced, and it is never really that good. It just seems kind of shady. The atmosphere is also horrible. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy smelling hookah smoke as you sip your over priced and over sweetened latte. read more

Odd place, but I like it. Large interior seating area plus big patio. Free WiFi. Good spot for groups to gather. I like certain homemade desserts which show up from time to time, such as apple turnovers (or something similar). Sandwiches, etc., from the grill menu are fine, though nothing special. Music varies from country to Arab to classic rock. Patio full of young adults smoking shisha (hookahs), which I find a little funny as elsewhere I've only seen North African immigrants doing that, not white students from Parma. Service is really hit or miss. You can be stuck with long waits at the counter, though most of the time it's ok. read more

If I knew anybody who lived in Parma, I would tell them to avoid this place at all costs. We went on a Sunday. First, you have to wade through the Jersey shore on the patio to get to the entrance. I don't think I saw a single "person" without an affliction shirt. After holding my breath through the cloud of Axe, I made it inside. Asked for two large iced lattes. At this point, I'm laughing at the whole situation. The things behind me asked if I was excited to get my lattes, because I was smirking. I just told them I was tired. About 30 seconds later, I received two large glasses of milk. Not sure if he even pulled any shots. This place is a joke unless you have no taste. The crowd was horrible, the music was awful, and the coffee wasn't really coffee. I would say I'm surprised that they've been around for so long, but it's Parma. read more

The location has changed owners in the last year and the new owners are putting some money into the business which is a nice change of pace. Service is hit or miss but everyone is very nice. The have free WiFi and a nice outdoor patio area. In the summer they have Hookah smoking outside which is fine but as of this weekend they started allowing Hookah smoking inside after putting in a, sort of, wall to seperate the interior into 2 rooms. They've lost me as a customer do to the indoor Hookah smoking. Really supported this place because it was local and because it was convenient but I'm not okay with the indoor smoking. Also that same room has very poor heating and the decorating leaves little to be desired. Typically was a nice low-key coffee shop but with a dance club next door the crowd is fairly awful in the late weekend evenings. Lastly, the parking lot is terrible! read more

The coffee isn't as good as it was under the old ownership, and at night the place can be loud and overly "hip," but in an awkward, not good, way. Other than that, it is a nice place to sit around with some friends (earlier in the evening before all the preteens show up) and pass around a hookah. read more
