So. I had Mike Conley as my roofer intermediary. I can't say enouch about this guy. Within an hour of talking to him I found out he had a daughter the same age as my autistic daughter who had a hard time making friends and not only did he agree to come to her birthday party, he actually showed up. He made sure all the work was done correctly, and when we had an issue with our siding that wasn't repaired, he stayed on it until the job was finished correctly. I would recommend Mike to ANYONE. No one will be more personable, funny, and down to earth. Mike should get a raise for how much effort he puts into his customer service. He fought for me with insurance and getting my extra work done when there were some bumps with my siding. Kudos for this company for hiring him. ARAC replaced my roof and gutters and did some interior ceiling work for me. I was completely satisfied with the service (Vasilii and Scott were great) and the finished workf. They handled all of the leg work with my 'not so responsive, make this as difficult as possible' insurance company and kept me posted on status. When they needed me to intervene, they let me know. I had some interior ceiling work that needed to be completed and I felt that the contractor had done a so-so job--Vasilii and Scott offered for me to find a contractor of my choosing and have the ceiling re-done, at their cost! I appreciated the gesture but wanted the job to be done so instead, they knocked a couple hundred dollars off the cost. I would highly recommend ARAC Roof it Forward and will use them again if I have siding, gutter or any other issues. read more

I worked with Chris Asher & Patricia Senteney. I called Roof It Forward for a shed roof replacement and ended up with a new roof not only on the shed but my home, new siding all around my home, new gutters and downspouts, and all for less than the cost of what a shed roof would have cost me. This was bc Chris explained to me that I had storm damage. As you can imagine I had never filed an insurance claim and was very hesitant to do so. Aaron Polk did an excellent job of inspecting my roof, meeting with my insurance adjuster, and getting my house a new roof after storm damage. He made what could normally be a stressful experience manageable and understandable. He did not pressure me to make any decisions I was uncomfortable with or use any sales tactics that felt pushy like many roofing contractors are known to do. He explained how the insurance claim process would be handled, the job expectations and timeline, and all billing items clearly and repeatedly throughout my claim. Roof it forward was wonderful! Their rep Michael O'Brien was great. He came pretty quick after we had asked for a quote for our garage roof! We had gotten four other companies to give us a quote. A couple of them didn't bother to get back to us! Roof it Forward had the most reasonable price. They were quick and Mike was here before, during and after they were completed.
