Mcgilberry sent someone out within an hour of our call. They determined that there was no saving the system, and also identified some things that weren't up to code that could have led to our ceiling being flooded had an issue developed. They worked with us on identifying the most affordable option for replacing the system, and had the new one installed the next day. They also corrected the code violations and threw in some maintenance work on our downstairs system for no extra charge.
