This market has a lot of locations. I went to one in the Aran Islands and one in Galway. It has a big selection of sweaters for both men and women, hats, gloves, scarfs, and other little things. It also has the famous "lababa" or sheep keychains. Prices were comfortable to the other sweater stores and a little less expensive on the Aran islands. If you go up to the counter to pay at the one in Galway, the glass floor shows some of the stone from the castle that was originally on this site. The ordering process was simple, the shipping was very prompt with excellent tracking info and the product itself is top quality and gorgeous. We decided to keep one of them since they were so nice and now will have to reorder. I loved my first order--despite the hefty shipping charges from Ireland ($35). Second order? Not so much--sweaters were stretched out, still high shipping charges ($35), and they wouldn't honor the discounted shipping price they at first offered but which their site wouldn't take--zipper on a sweater doesn't work. It was a brisk day in Ireland and I got one of these beautifully woven sweaters. It was perfect for keeping me warm as we roamed around Ireland. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering on Mother's day. I ordered a honeycomb sweater, a hat and a scarf for a total purchase of $149. When I received the order the sweater was markedly different than what I had ordered. I emailed the customer service team and received a reply 3 days later saying they would send the shipping label. I was able to send the sweater back and asked for a replacement of the original sweater. Then I received an email stating they wouldn't have that sweater until fall. So this means they knowingly sent me the wrong sweater in the first place. I then asked for a refund, after 10 days still no refund so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They then processed the refund but took out the shipping and discount on the one item. I ended up spending $85 on a scarf and hat. Don't walk but run from this company. I would much rather make purchases from their competitor that ships for free! read more

Bought two scarves by Celtic Ore. it was advertised with a hand written sign that they were lambswool. I was hestitant because they didn't feel like wool. However the associate confirmed that it was wool. The scarves didn't have a fiber content on it either. I have seen the exact same scarf in other stores and it is 100% acrylic. Staff needs to be educated on product knowledge. read more
