Potentially good but the worse ways of dealing with their clients when a problem occurs. There was a huge discrepancy in size for the merino slippers I received, they were fit for a man size 42, when what I ordered were size 35-36 (UK3). Label stitched on them even had the cheeky label 35-36, but they sure weren't.
They first apologized and asked for me to return them (implying at my own cost). No mention of free label. I replied to them that I would expect them to offer free label for me to return in order to get a refund, when blatantly it's not my fault, but again they refused. They "offered" free shipping on next order. How dare they?
When I asked them why my review of the boots was not published they said they publish ALL reviews but they are just very busy at moment. A month later my review still isn't showing. Only great positive reviews glow in the deep darkness of the truth:)
My last reply to them was that I would never order from them again and would never believe for one minute the "free shipping" offer on next order was genuine as they didn't even include a free voucher that guarantees it. Like am going to waste my time arguing this on my next order. Give us a break! ther will not be a next order end of.
The slippers have now gone to a big footed ladyfriend of mine. But my lesson was learnt and am lucky. Could have been worse and got a half empty parcel!
So, thank god for the internet to be able to actually tell the truth, because it seems there is no other way! read more
