I am a designer myself and I broth the original file as illustrator with bleeds and all is good to print immediately. However they said they only accept it on certain layout which makes no sense whatsoever. I had to accept that because I had a meeting to attend in couple of hours. The original owner was so knowledgeable & courteous which has now passed on to his son. Extremely polite, helpful & I always come away with exactly what I want. Exquisite fabrics, beautiful european cottons, woolens, ...... 25+ years and still my very favorite !!! And there's always parking in that section of the street.
