They were very communicative as there were things that were beyond their control as far as getting parts, but I got a call from Lisa consistently updating me on the progress. I needed the hail damage estimate and they got me in some how when other shops had me getting a rental just for the estimate and to commit to their services. These guys treated me well and listened to every question. They clearly explained the entire hail damage time line and told we what was next. They let me drop off in the morning and pickup when completed in the afternoon. What a great customer experience so far. They indicated the quote will take a few days . . . That is not an issue or surprise. No rental car, didn't have to commit to anything. What's neat is, that they have earned my business just through the estimate process so far. After getting hit with a dirtbike, my car needed some extensive work to the right front end. I got a quote from another shop saying that they were basically going to do a "quick fix" with bondo on my only 2yr old car. I went to Larry, and he promised that they would get all new parts for my car and make sure they matched the paint. Growing up with a dad as a mechanic and body guy I felt like I could trust Larry and his shop, not to mention all of the other great reviews his shop had from various happy customers. The ladies in the front office (Dominique and Lisa) were very friendly and answered all of my questions as well as gave me updates on my car every couple of days so I knew exactly where they were with the work. I appreciated this so much! Fast forward 1.5wks I got my car back and it looked amazing!! The paint was a perfect match to my metallic black and blended very well. All of the new parts fit perfectly as if they came straight from the dealership. Larry and his crew take pride in the work that they do, and you can tell that they are held to a high standard. Compared to most repair shops, this place is hands down the friendliest and most knowledgeable when it come to repairs in my opinion. I have had a few fender benders in my life - at no fault of my own, but this time it was mine and I needed a place that was reliable to fix my boo boo. Word of mouth led me to AC&M. Pete and Larry and their staff are great. Larry provided a free estimate, took photos, and provided how much it was going to cost. Compared to a few other shops I recd quotes at, they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I felt the most comfortable with the work they were going to perform. I was recommended to them by a friend that has taken her car to them for years. I told her about the estimate that I had received from 2 other automotive shops and she told me that it sounded like they were charging me too much. So I took my car to AC&M and Pete took a look at it and SHOWED me where the leaks were coming from which was not ANY of the parts that I was told needed to be fixed. Once again, I took my vehicle to Larry for repairs and a detail. As usual, an outstanding job and completed ahead of schedule. His son is a magician when it comes to detailing. In the past seven years, I have taken two Range Rovers, two BMWs, a Jeep Cherokee and now my Benz to AC&M for repairs and they have all came back looking brand new and better than before the damage. Throughout each repair, they took the time to give me a call with an update. Family own business and everybody is on first name basis. Also, can't forget my man Pete, always there early to welcome those who need to drop off their cars early for work. I was sold when I took my 2001 BMW in for a paint job. Most places would quote you a price and take all your money. Larry suggested I let his detail person restore the paint with a quality wax job. I wish I could attach a photo, but $200 later instead of $3000, the shine on the car after the waxing was incredible. After seeing the work he did with the paint, I just basically restored the car with him and it looked brand new. All my friends that I've recommended have been very satisfied with the work AC&M has done on their vehicles. I won't take my cars anywhere else. I was in a car accident this summer and even though I blame the morning rush hour traffic on Arapahoe Rd. I was deemed at fault. Then a couple weeks later my car was in a hail storm with tennis ball size hail. Larry was so helpful and they worked with me on my deductibles. He kept me up to date on the work he was doing on my car during the process. They also cleaned my car before I picked it up. I highly recommend them, especially if you might need help regarding your insurance deductible. read more

I was okay with their work, however not with the customer service. I initially took my Jeep for an estimate, which was about $400 less then the other place I had taken it to. Since the person whom hit me was paying she decided to go with the cheaper place which was Arapahoe Collision. I called to make my appointment and was told I would receive a call to confirm my drop off. I never received it. When I called them I was told they didn't have a number which is weird since I provided both my husband and mine. When I dropped off my Jeep I explained that their estimate was lower than the other place I had gone to. That if any extra charges were to be added, to give me a call, since I was not paying and I had to check with the payee. Of course an additional $328.10 was added. I called to verify with the payee she agreed and the extra damage was fixed. When it was time to pick up my Jeep we were charged an extra $106 that we were not aware of. They offered a free car wash. Excuse me? A $106 car wash I don't think so. We NEVER agreed to these extra charges as again we were not paying. I called and spoke to Lisa whom said she would refund the charges if the payee did not pay me. It has been more than a week and I have not received a call. I call and no answer I have left VM and no response. I dislike this place which is why we stay away. Customer service is not good. Maybe in the past years it was good and that's why ratings are good but this is my second encounter with this place and definitely our last. I would rate a 0 if I could. read more

Dave at Speedy-Roo in Aurora recommended AC&M when, in 2010, some woman from Wyoming with her thumb up her bum, brain in neutral and ear in cell phone T-boned my 2009 WRX from a side-street, The repair job was perfect, They've since fixed a tree falling on my son's 2005 WRX and in the last week (3/9/2015) repaired our 2013 Impreza sport after some idiot bent the front in a parking lot while car was unattended, In all three cases, allowing for age, the car was returned in showroom Condition. Basically I have no reason to go anywhere else for repairs, in just over 5 years these folks have given us consistent, very high quality service on 3 separate occasions. read more

When I called last week, the lady I talked to said if its just a bumper we can get you in next week of the 8/20 I went in 8/17 to get a quote and at that point the person said we can schedule you for the following week the week of the 27th which is fine next week. I called 8/20 to schedule and the lady said they we wont be able to book you till sept 10th. Cant even get an honest answer on scheduling so I WOULD never recommend this body shop read more
