Love this place. It's a great option for playing soccer during the winter months considering it's indoor. The facility is spacious and they have 2 field. They offer 3v3 and 7v7. They have all age groups and you can make your own team which is what my son was apart of. The cool thing is there is only 1 game per week which makes it easy for busy parents. The schedule comes out in advance so you can plan accordingly. Plenty of parking outside. The prices are very reasonable! I don't get the bad reviews on regards to the staff. Maybe because you really don't even need to deal with the staff much besides the first day and even so they seemed friendly and informative. As for the refs, they seem fair haven't had any issues with them. This is for kids and really my son is there to have fun(it's not professional soccer). As a parent, I suggest worrying about your child having a safe and fun time rather then complaining about the refs calls. Just my 2 cents. Don't let these bad reviews steer you away. I'm a picky person and love this place and happy it's here for us. I also wanted to mention they have batting cages which is pretty neat(haven't tried those yet). read more

Bait and switch! Let's just say that they are happy to take our money and try to make us play at a ridiculous time of day with a last minute change. The game was at 2 pm on a Sunday, but then they changed it to 2 am. Sorry, please give me a refund. I'm a normal adult who has to work the next day. I don't care about whatever kids' tournament you have decided to prioritize over your regular clientele, but it needs to end. It's called the Sunday afternoon league, not the Sunday whenever we can fit you in league. Don't use, unless you either like playing at 2 am or you like donating your money. read more

The safety of your children is in serious danger here. The staff is unprofessional and unsportsmanlike. It is very apparent that this facility targets certain teams and allows referees to be unsafe and unprofessional. As a parent, I am genially concerned for children's health and safety playing at this facility if referees can continue to be rude, unprofessional and discriminatory. Yes, multiple complaints have been filed with the facility and that is met with aggression not solutions or disciplinary action for employees. It saddens me that for children under the age of 10 wanting to have fun playing sports that this even has to addressed with a business because of professionals in power discriminating against certain teams. read more

This place kinda sucks. Unfortunately it's really one of the only places in the area to offer organized youth soccer during the winter season. The fields are fine, the costs are fairly reasonable...but most of the staff working here are just absolute jerks. They ALWAYS have an attitude. As mentioned in several reviews, the 'refs' are half asleep, inconsistent and border on irresponsible. I might be able to look past all of it if you just pretended to actually care about your customers. We need a place to play so I don't have a choice...but when another option comes along I'll leave this place high and dry. They are so oblivious they won't know or care my teams are gone. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I played several years ago at this facility and stepped away because the reffing was questionable and often reckless borderline dangerous. I recently moved back to the area and decided I would start playing again and holy hell has the reffing only become worse. The staff has no control of the game and often become defensive when you question a no call or anything for that matter. The "assistant ref" that sits on the sideline, eating and is often playing on the phone needs to be placed on the field. This game is too fast for a single individual. They also added alcohol to the facility, what can go wrong there. Safety at this facility isn't a care of there's, after all you did sign the waiver. Save yourself the aggravation, and the potential ER bill. read more

Generally underwhelmed about this facility. Refs Graham and Eric don't ref and seem to either have no knowledge of the game or their minds seem to be somewhere else other than at work. As a very seasoned soccer player, these guys are going to cause this facility to face a lawsuit at some point with how unsafe they let the game get for both teams. Take your feedback to heart, as I will gladly take my team to my other league at Apex because soccer should be fun not a bloodbath of anger. There is a reason why the manager chose to hide all of the previous reviews... And this certainly is a huge reason why. There is a reason why your customers are saying this. DO pay attention to the bad reviews. This business positions itself as a safe environment to play indoor soccer. However, after a year and a half of playing there, we experienced severe negligence to the effect that my fiance was nearly permanently injured. Management became aggressive with us when we brought it to their attention - so we escalated to the regional manager and finally to Let's Play CEO Gary Archer. We received insufficient relief and support from the CEO and management, and do not recommend this company for indoor soccer. There are too many safer places to play - and we recommend our friends and family make a different choice. read more

Was just watching a friend of mine playing in the A league for women and had to take her to the ER because the ref had no control over the game and a girl on the other team maliciously took her out with less than two minutes left ... we will not be returning and will make sure to tell our friends to not go there either. You hear things in the soccer community and word will travel fast that if you want to play for fun or competitively this is not a safe facility to do it at. read more

Been playing here for about 6 years now. Don't pay any attention to the bad reviews. Some guys don't like rules. Sure the refs can be off sometimes, but they are all good guys...even the ones that I have issue with some of the time. It's a great facility. Well managed. And a great place to play if you can get on a team. Which tells you how popular it is. read more

This place is honestly terrible. Do not fall for the reviews that are raving about this place. The people running the facility have no regard for player safety whatsoever. They are probably some of the laziest referees and managers that I can remember experiencing. The team fees and the registration fees are wayyyy too much for how much effort is put into this dump. I was hit in the head by a ball and absolutely no one besides my teammates decided to see if I was ok while laying on the ground. Classy act you are running Arapahoe Sports Center. Facility is fine. Nothing special and generally overpriced. Reffing is usually substandard and every once in a while it borders on downright dangerous. They recently instituted a random "individual registration fee" of $15 per player on top of the team fee. It is a clear money-grab and even though it is not a huge sum, it rubs me the wrong way. When this happened I pulled all three of my kids teams and we decided to play elsewhere. read more

This place needs a reality check. The only other review was posted by the manger of the facilty, and isn't worth the read. The officiating is incredibly substandard and biased, and management refuses to take action to correct the behavior of the referees even after frequent complaints from multiple sources. Instead, they prefer to alienate paying customers (players), disrespecting them while simultaneously demanding respect for themselves which they have never earned. Bottom line, if you love soccer and understand the rules, don't come here to play, you will only be disappointed. read more

This place is horrible! It is way over prized and the Refs are terrible and totally bias. They totally play favorites and only "see" what they want to see and make horrible calls. Management did nothing when we talked to them about it. They raised the ref fees early this year in theory to have a better ref experience, but it hasn't improved anything at all. Ive been playing at this facility a long time... Since maybe 1999, for the most part this facility has treated me well...The play is competitive and the staff does a good job at facilitating the leagues...my complaint and the reason from here on out I've decided to not play here anymore is the the staff most particularly the refs for targeting and down right using their power to bully me, because I've been given a red card or two. Now this is soccer players receive red cards... and to be honest I've never received a red card in any other league of mine EVER only here playing within there walls. The refs literally try to rub it in my face do you want another card. "IF I SAY ANYTHING" they threaten me with a card... Tonight in particular I was given a yellow card which in this facility isn't that easy to get... blue's are the common card. but none the less I was given a yellow for verbally telling a player on the other team who was in one of my teammates face acting as if he was going to fight him, "to calm down that its fine, nothing is going to happen" and the referee literally tells me to "shut up" when I'm trying to de escalate the situation. So I tell him what? whats the deal I was telling him its fine... nothing is going to happen. he say's "say another word I'm going to give you a card..." so I make a hand gesture and get a yellow... this is absurd I didn't use any profanity didn't raise my voice... didn't even give him a dirty look.... and after the game both refs tell me I'm in the wrong that I deserved it.. for trying to tell the other player its fine... Have you there is only 10 seconds left on the clock game is over.... and the ref starts to bring up my red cards saying if I get a 4th I'm banned for life, starts bringing up "what if" scenarios like you shouldn't say anything ever just keep your mouth shut... and this I'm not going to tolerate... I pay these guys money to ref the games and ref them fairly... Im just fed up with these refs thinking the can bully me for past red's which I served punishment for and fulfilled my punishment. So if you ask me sure this place isn't the worst but it needs to higher some more professional unbiased refs... these refs slander my name behind closed doors I've heard them call me a "problem" player.... Im a straight forward player I don't play dirty and I don't play reckless I could tell you I've never hurt or injured anyone on the field or have been in a fight.... This facility has down right allowed their refs to degrade my integrity and loyalty to their business. I will not be playing here anymore or giving them my money as hard as it is to say... its the closest facility to my house and my kids love going there. read more

Our experience playing in their indoor soccer league has been horrific! The first disappointment came from signing up for the entry level (amateur) league, and being placed in with the second to highest competitive teams and just getting our butts kicked week in and week out. When we brought this to the attention of the man in charge of the entire complex, he lied to our faces saying that was what we signed up for, even after we went back to review our initial application and proved that was not the case!!! We then find out from several other players from different teams that's how they do things there, they place you in whatever league they need teams in and then after 2-3 YEARS of being misplaced, the MIGHT get you placed in the appropriate league! WHAT A JOKE! THEN, we come in to play last night and are informed that we have to pay a $50 penalty for forfeiting the week prior!!!! No one ever warned us that we might face that charge should we ever be short players and not be able to play! I understand the inconvenience to the team that showed up to whom we forfeited, wasting their time, but for the complex to make a profit off that is absurd! And, to top that off, the employee running our credit card over charges us by $25 on the forfeit fee!! This has been the worst consumer experience of my life!! So much so, I felt compelled to open a YELP account just to get the word out about how mistreated we feel and disgusted with our experience from day one with this pathetic excuse of a company. I URGE YOU TO SEEK OUT OTHER OPTIONS OF RECREATION!!!! If zero stars were an option here, that's what they would have received from us! read more
