It is an entire team here, which is better than some companies that are one person or a 'married team,' since they can lean on each other for advice or information. It is definitely helpful that they are with the times and have a 'dropbox' to upload documents that some older tax services who refuse to update don't offer. First time hiring this company, yet they were able to find deductions that I overlooked when I did my taxes last year via Turbotax, and deductions that another company overlooked two years prior, and they were willing to amend them. My taxes aren't cut and dry, especially being overseas. But, while MO is my 'home of record' - I will 100% be using Norma's Tax Service - since the price they charge is barely anything compared to the amount you'll possibly leave on the table.
