Instead, Josh missed a few times during a month, and when I called him out on it, he simply said he was out of town during the weekend. He stopped answering my calls or returning voicemails. He also was incredibly arrogant and rude to me. In addition, while plowing my drive he knocked over my snow sticks...which isn't that big of a deal, but he then just left them and didn't bother to get out and pick them up. He also would pile up snow on my neighbor's sidewalks. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'm not accustomed to such arrogance, disrespect, and laziness out of a Yooper. I think Josh is a capable guy, but his customer service skills need improvement. And honestly, my parents were looking to find someone in the area for work...so he lost out on a much bigger job by messing this up.

First, she replaced all the exterior door knobs and locks at my mother's place in Chassell and had them all set to work with one key. Some of the installs needed a bit of work for the deadbolts, and she took care of everything and left everything working well. Plus we had an old screen/storm door that was missing the hardware and while we could't get the parts (old door) to fully fix it, she got it back into at least usable shape with a common sense fix. For the second she came out to install new knobs and locks, keyed together, for a rental house we purchased. In that case, one of the doors needed to be replaced or at least fixed, and she told us as much instead of just trying to throw a lock onto a bad situation. I appreciate the forthrightness. We'll get in touch with her once we've replaced the door itself.

In the spring, they came back and repaired the driveway, where grass was dug up or gravel pushed into the grass.
