He made huge mess of the concrete job he did on my driveway, involving multiple layers of concrete right on top of the other, concrete being washed away, and concrete residue all over the place. Also, he did not make the correct fix inside my basement. I've learned my lesson and now gotten a couple of reputable basement companies to look at his work, and everyone agrees it was absolutely not good work. Nathan had said he would make it right, but when I contacted him asking for a refund, he blocked my number and had not responded to emails or messages.
