First, she replaced all the exterior door knobs and locks at my mother's place in Chassell and had them all set to work with one key. Some of the installs needed a bit of work for the deadbolts, and she took care of everything and left everything working well. Plus we had an old screen/storm door that was missing the hardware and while we could't get the parts (old door) to fully fix it, she got it back into at least usable shape with a common sense fix. For the second she came out to install new knobs and locks, keyed together, for a rental house we purchased. In that case, one of the doors needed to be replaced or at least fixed, and she told us as much instead of just trying to throw a lock onto a bad situation. I appreciate the forthrightness. We'll get in touch with her once we've replaced the door itself.

Unfortunately, it would take too much time to explain how awful they were when we called to ask for help with our boiler. From subtle insults about where we move from to arrogant responses to our simple questions. We get it, you're in high demand, but it doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and rude. Yeah, you don't need my business because you're "busy." But do you want to be known for being pretentious and impolite to local people who have supported your business for years?

Needless to say, this kid (I can say that 'cause I'm older) came out and, in his soft-spoken tone, made it clear he'd provide a quote quickly, which he did, so I gave him his first job. I expected the work to take several days, but he knocked it out in about 6 hours, and I was very happy. The next job was much bigger, but again, he did it quickly, and his work quality is second to none. The third job, a concrete apron in front of the garage, went perfectly, and it turned out amazing. The fourth job was to resurface the gravel drive and add a gravel pad for our Airstream - it turned out far better than expected. Also, he's been plowing our driveway all winter, and we couldn't be happier. I cannot say enough good things about Nolan, and his work ethic is incredible. When he arrived early, which was great, he checked over my furnace, filter and ductwork. My furnace vent pipe was leaking, however, and he did fix that by repiping it in that one area. The price was reasonable. The young man was professional, informative and courteous. He was able to give me quotes one other potential projects. Overall, a great experience. Will be contacting them for all future plumbing and heating needs. Also, Molly is really pleasant to talk to you on the phone. She even called and asked if he could come early, which I had no issue with.
