We don't know how it happened but we were notified that she had a giant cut on her leg and no one could tell us how it got there. My grandmas roommate told us later that she had been crying through the night the night that she had got cut. As soon as we put our grandma in there she began to increase to the point of death. I would definitely not recommend this place for your loved one/ones.
