They did a good job taking down a willow even cleaned up well, but not happy with the eucalyptus they trimmed. Left too much hanging on the bottom close to the house and lots of sticks, branches in the driveway. I'll try another tree service next time. read more

I had a 44 inch limb fall on my house in the middle of the night. I spoke to Lupe early Friday morning and within one hour Oscar was here and took charge of the limb leaning on my home. The crew was efficent and worked so quickly. I was so impressed by their hard work. They even cleaned up so that there was no visible evidence of the damage. I can't give a worse review because this company never completed the requested service. I'm a remote landlord and need a tree inspected. I called and was told that Oscar would be looking at my tree the following day. Waited three days and called to hear the recommendation. The office stated he hadn't given them any information. They would send him by the property again. I waited four days over a weekend. Called again, was told that they would return my call with information. A week later still no call. Needless to say, I have no faith in a business that can't even drive by a house to look at a tree in the font yard. Apparently there are so many trees in Yuma that this business doesn't need the easy money from cutting down a 30' eucalyptus. read more

I run a mobile home park in Yuma and I have never had a harder time with a contractor. For the past two years, they take their time cutting all my palm and fichus trees. They told me that they would get all the fichus done in one day and start on the palms the next. They never showed up. When I call to find out when they will be back I get the run-around. I am NOT pleased with my service to date and will be looking for a new tree trimming service for next year. read more

Thank you Thank you Thank you to Oscar and his crew! I had called Arbor Tech and another arbor company a month ago to get estimates on topping a 60+ foot Eucalyptus tree. Arbor Tech was $150 less than their competitor and I arranged to work with Arbor Tech. Oscar told me he'd be on site between 6:45 and 7:00 and he and his crew were! We discussed what I wanted and the crew started at 7:15. They finished at noon! They were worth every penny. The patience and care they took in cutting the branches was impressive. They never took short-cuts and it was obvious the gent operating the bucket was a professional. His work was top-notch. When nearly completed he asked if I wanted any additional branches trimmed and then went back up and lopped off the strays to make the tree look good. They raked up the area after everything was chipped up and left the site neat and clean. Kudos to Oscar and his crew. I would definitely recommend them! read more

So this company is composed of two brothers and their sons. The man that showed up to give me an estimate told me he would do my front yard for $560.00. I thought that the price was a bit high but I thought that I would get exactly what I wanted for the price, and I thought that the Arbor tech seemed a legit business. We agreed that he would trim up the overgrown plants lower the crown of my tree and thin it out, and take two bushes out. I specifically told him I wanted the crown lowered on my tree. He agreed and said his people were going to come by and do it by the end of the week. On July 27 I show up from work on the day they came to do it and I was surprised to see that the tree was raised and the crown was left high. I did not like it and told the man that showed up at the house to charge me (same person that gave me an estimate). He said that his men (his brother and nephew) will show up the following Friday August 5 to fix whatever I was not happy with for obviously the same price ($560.00). They did show up sometime later and told my boyfriend that they could not do anything as they had to wait for the tree to grow out a little bit to fix it. October 11 I notice my tree is falling over and the roots are coming out of the ground because is top heavy and so I called and they said they will send someone over. When I spoke to the man that came by he said that they will lower the crown for an additional 175 dollars. I told him I shouldn't have to pay for something I wasn't even happy with from the beginning specially after they said that they would trim it lower. He said he would ask his dad and give me a response. I have called twice since. One on Oct 22 and again on the 27 and left a message, I am assuming that they are now ignoring my calls since I have not received a response. So it was a little over 2 months from when they trimmed my tree to when it started to tip over...I guess that is possible when you call Arbor tech to trim your tree. And they wont fix it unless you pay them extra because apparently its the winds fault. read more
