NS construction is the worst all around. Their professionalism lack in every direction. They answer…read moreyou initial request and say all the right things but then fail every step of the way. They will no show on the initial site meet up. You have to baby sit them through the whole project and good luck meeting with them for the next phase of the project; they will avoid you at all cost. I asked to have the electrical pulled to the end of my kitchen island so I would have it on both sides, instead they CUT the wire costing me HUNDREDS to correct their mistake.They were supposed to repaint my entire bottom floor, which is a great room, but since I went with the same color they painted one wall, but charged me for the full project. Painting?! They ruined my brand new chandelier with paint even though they charged me to take it down, they also charged me to remove EACH vertical blind even though, you guessed it, there was paint on those too! Got my final bill and was charge 3k for "miscellaneous expenses" when I questioned them they couldn't tell me what they charge was for and immediately revised the bill. Good luck getting a final walk through, I never got one, even after repeatedly asking for one, but they are quick to threaten to send you to collections. AVOID this company at all costs!!

Each time there was extensive damage, and each time, NS put my home back together. Every aspect of the finished work was as good, but mostly better than the original work. They go over and above as far as quality. They are honest and flexible with reasonable prices. I would call them anytime I need a contractor. I have yet to see any work from them that was not great! do not use this company they do not guarentee or stand by their work. pool completed july 2024…read more color very blotchy and looks like a dirty old pool,see photos . floor and sides rough and unsanded and the concrete work had to be all filed down and repaired it looked like a sloppy job. they ended up having to put a top coat over all concrete work that is now peeling up in a few spots. well time passed along and the color did not settle. i continued to complain and ask them to make it right so last week they had a guy come out .empty the pool and do some more sanding. the finiahed result is worse than it was . we paid around 55k for this shotty work.

My patio got a leak only months after instillation and here we are over two years later still trying to get them to fix it. I can't even get a response from them anymore.
