Brand new townhomes. Beautiful layout. The leasing office ladies are very kind, helpful, and efficient.

Instead of showing understanding or trying to work with me professionally, I was immediately threatened with eviction notices, late fees, and restrictions on payment options. What made the situation worse was that I was actively trying to pay my balance through Flex, and the payment was reportedly blocked because of the eviction process. This created even more hardship and made it feel like there was no real effort to help resolve the situation. I have also had ongoing concerns with maintenance and privacy. Maintenance entered my apartment for a work order, yet lights were left on in rooms that were not related to the repair request, including my bedroom, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Communication about apartment entry and maintenance visits has been poor and inconsistent. Another issue I experienced was feeling singled out and unfairly treated by office staff. There were situations where I was embarrassed, accused unfairly, and made to feel unwelcome in the leasing office. At one point, I even felt as though I was being pushed out or treated differently instead of being treated like a valued resident. Residents deserve professionalism, respect, clear communication, and reasonable efforts to resolve issues before escalating matters legally. Unfortunately, my experience here has been the complete opposite. I strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to fully research management practices, resident treatment, communication, and how concerns are handled before signing a leas

There was a free community garden with a limit number of plots you could hopefully win in a lottery. Kristy and Liz in the office were fantastic and seemed to know all of the residents and truly care about them. It felt like a community where neighbors knew one another and got along. Fast forward a year and a half and management changed hands. Breakfast on the go changed to only the last Friday of the month and quickly after that was canceled all together. The emails we used to get about events going on in the community were changed to emails at least once a week regarding rules and newly imposed fines. They began charging $100 a year for a plot in the community garden. When mom wanted to pay this price they changed it to $50, still no one wants to pay for something that used to be fun and free so the plots are unused by residents and festering with weeds. I used to enjoy walking along the nature trail every evening. The weeds on the nature trail have grown past my waist and after sending two emails requesting that the nature trail be mowed it still has not happened. (Every resident pays a fee for landscaping each month by the way.) Screening for residents moving in has seemed to become non existent. There is dog poop everywhere you walk and the response by management is to send numerous emails reminding you to pick up after your pet, but there are obviously no repercussions for not picking up your pet poop because it is everywhere. They no longer send out the monthly newsletter, if you want one you have to go by the main office (hopefully it is open, more than half the time it is not) and get one. Lizette in the office is very nice, but she can not do everything, no one person can. Devin is NEVER in the office and leaves Lizette to handle everything. To see the decline of Leo is truly a shame because we did truly enjoy living there and the houses themselves are beautiful and I have no complaints about them. Do better Leo and start caring about your residents again.

Looks like a great place to reside.

The office staff is wonderful, my leasing rep was Kristin and she has been so helpful with my move in. They actually answer the phone, and make sure things get done quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the things we enjoy about our apartment is the natural lighting. I have a beautiful display of tropical plants spread out in front of our sliding glass doors. We have enjoyed watching these plants grow during these past 4 years. 2nd, Parkside does a phenomenal job with its outside grounds. We have enjoyed the game room many times with family; even celebrated a family members birthday within. Along these same lines the pool area is beautiful; you get a sense of tropical. We have grilled out many times here and just enjoyed a quiet supper with the sound of pool fountains in the background. My neice and nephew love the children's pool area. We began teaching them how to swim here. Now, they swim faster than me. =) My husband enjoys the large flat screen televisions at the pool and in the game room. I also enjoy the Amazon lockers; probably to much. =) Last but not least we have the best of the best lease representative in the area. What makes her the best of the best is that she cares. Her name is Kristin. If you ever call Parkside ask for her. You will enjoy the conversation.
