When I did get her she read off all these calls to me she and they made, but I have no record of most of them. I found some flooring we liked at a local flooring company for $4.79/sq ft, but Warrior wanted to charge us over $7/sq ft for the exact same flooring. After I told the rep about the lower price she suggested we "part ways." Apparently our wanting good and timely service at an honest price is not part of their company's philosophy.
