He ended up calling the day before my actual appointment with a opening which was perfect as one of my dogs decided he wanted to christen the new carpet by peeing an hour before my appointment. I didn't think the carpet was as bad but after Ken showed me some spots I realized it needed a lot more work and Ken so graciously worked within our budget as I hadn't planned for the extent of the carpet. He did such a tremendous job and gave me even more tips to maintain carpet with all the dog hair that accumulates with ( 2 bulldogs). My carpet was covered in stains, battle scars from a with a stubborn puppy I struggled to potty train. The stains were so dark that they looked fresh, even if they were months old. Ken was there for just under an hour, and he managed to destroy any trace of the year's shenanigans. He was polite and also didn't find any issues, and that the issue I had was not worth service and that I could do it by myself. Supreme GC'd the whole repair from start to finish and did an excellent job.
