The crew chief Corey Wilson led a team of multi skilled, polite and respectful workers. He was amenable to a couple of last minute changes to the work order and handled them with ease. We have a fairly elaborate series of gardens in our yard and was expecting some damage to deal with but they were able to maneuver around the many obstacles and damaged nothing! When they were finished and finally left our property was cleaner than when they arrived. I have a big mouth and will be recommending this company to all who ask.

I called for a quote and Caleb came out and he was very nice and very helpful and he was on the same page with me and I was very pleased with how he understood exactly what I wanted. When I got the quote it was the most unprofessional quote I have ever seen a business issue. It was ridiculously high. Apparently they were just not interested in doing the work and it didn't even itemize anything by cost. I don't think Caleb did the the quote, maybe the owner? Then I looked on the Florida Division of Corporations website and they have let their business license lapse and MAY DAY OUTDOOR SERVICES NO LONGER IS CURRENTLY REGISTERED WITH THE FLORIDA DIVISION OF CORPORATIONS AS THEY HAVE LET THEIR LICENSE LAPSE. From Mike Lindsey, who came to see what I needed to Albert, Josh,Sut and their crew it was flawless. One tree required the use of a crane to get it down. They preserved the driveway and within just a few hours they had all the trees cut and stumps ground. everything Went so smooth right down to the cleanup. Even when the truck came to pick up all the debris it was so cleaned up you'd never know they were there. May I say it was priced so reasonable . A huge shout out for a job well done.

A week later my shrubs were still uncut, I reached out to Casey and he said he'd be by soon. He finally comes and I asked him to trim the shrubs on all sides, including the side that was closest to my exterior wall. I paid him before the job was completed because I had to go to work (I know rookie mistake). I get home to find that the shrubs had only been cut on one side. Additionally he only trimmed some of the shrubs on the right side of my house and not the left side. We had agreed on both sides. I contacted Casey and he said he forgot his ladder and will have to come back the following day. The following 3 weeks I spent contacting Casey asking him to finish the job. Needless to say, he never came back. I'm extremely disappointed.
