From Mike Lindsey, who came to see what I needed to Albert, Josh,Sut and their crew it was flawless. One tree required the use of a crane to get it down. They preserved the driveway and within just a few hours they had all the trees cut and stumps ground. everything Went so smooth right down to the cleanup. They did the work fine, but charged very high and left the yard mostly mud. I would definitely contact them again for any future electrical service we may need. However, with that said, we did end up having to pay an additional $30 because our check was lost in the mail. When I was notified by Joel Foy's billing department that the payment had not yet been received we were told that it had been an ongoing issue in that they had not been receiving payments from other customers for the same reason over a period of several months. This problem could have been mentioned sooner so that we could have paid by other means. They do not accept payment at the time of service, but had we known about their mailing issue we would have been able to avoid cancelled check fees from our bank.
