The care for my mother was good. The physical therapy and vocal therapy brought her a long way…read moretowards coming home. My complaint is that her health coordinator Ginger would not return my calls. I called her 3 times and she would not call me back, despite the fact that she told me to my face that she would call me after the meeting of the care staff that would determine when mom would go home. I live out of state, so staying in contact was important to me.

I came to this place a broken human being. I was difficult to have around let alone love. but…read morethat's exactly what Restoring Hope Recovery Care did for me, they kept me at my worst, and loved me back to life. I went from shambles dealing with substance dependency and mental health trauma, to currently coming up on 13 months sober and happy. I was encouraged to focus on myself and my future so I enrolled in college. I've been told by the caring staff that I have moved mountains in their eyes, it's so peculiar because to me they shifted my world. of course you have to want it, you have to make the choices; and when you're ready they are there. This place needs some help it is a joke I will be contacting patient advocate and everyone else I need to to have this resolved Thomas hospital was completely full and had my wife in and out with the hour pulled the iv out aswell Still waiting on results but luckily they have medical records department .. They main nurse that was on tonight at 6:48 pmon the e.r side needs checked into 04-03-2026
