We called Watts at 9:00PM on a Wednesday night after a big storm and got......A human!…read more It was explained that we had a large Doug fir that had fallen across our driveway but was suspended about 20' above the driveway. It was a very dangerous situation because it was hanging on by a thread to a maple on the other side of the driveway. Part of the maple had fallen into the driveway completely blocking access to our house and two others. The woman who answered the phone clearly understood the situation and said that I would hear from someone soon. I received a text and then a call from Billy soon after I called. He was at our place the next morning at 8:00AM to assess the situation. We had a bid within an hour and, because of the precarious situation a crew was out the following day to take care of it. Without going in to detail it was a very tricky job. Safety for themselves and the avoidance of additional property damage were top priority. Nevertheless, they were very efficient. They cleaned up so well that after they left you would never know they were there. I wouldn't hesitate to call Watts again.

The neighbor had topped the trees and they responded by growing sideways. The job was to return the trees to the original topped height and bring them in to the fence line making them look like a manicured hedge. There were 3 trucks and all work was done by climbers passing limbs to a ground crew on my side. I was impressed by the organization and crews ability to work in my extensive garden without damaging it. Some of the limbs were 5" and lowered by rope. My fence and garden survived. Cleanup perfect and trees filled in perfectly for both my neighbor and I. Crew and Forman easy to work with, saw my vision and took an interest in what the were doing.
