I had a neutral experience with this particular place based on full circle follow up. We picked this place based on the general reviews, and also the person that scheduled the appointment and the availability for the person to come out. We were told that we had an issue with a particular beetle and to do a deep root treatment. We did do this, spending over 1k. About five months ish later, we noticed that one of the trees was losing branches. Before I made the decision to do anything with the tree I wanted arbor tree to come out and relook at it to see if it could be saved with additional treatment. They scheduled us for a few weeks and that day that they were supposed to show up they cancelled. They then rescheduled for a few weeks later and again that day they cancelled. (I think there might have been a days notice on one of them.) I understand new clients feel like a priority especially with the wind and weather. But I would think that a client that has already spent money would be somewhat prioritized from a customer sense and also it didn't feel great to be canceled twice on short notice perhaps because they were doing follow up. Either way, I couldn't wait an additional month. I am disappointed overall in the full circle experience and can nor recommend. read more

I'm not a disgruntled client - I'm a massively disgusted client. I am 64 yers old and therefore have experience with life. *****Please,**** there is a Reason their rating is so low. An "arborist" came out, and was very unpleasant. When the crew came out to do the work - *NOTE* - I - had to tell them what to trim. They had no idea. - They would not climb the tree to make the necessary branch on branch trimming. - I - had to go to their truck and tell them which took tool to use. - I - had to clean up my yard, bushes and STREET from the debris. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS LATER!! I called the company and asked to have the owner call me. He never did. Bad business practices. read more

We called Arbor True to remove 5 trees that fell after Hurricane Beryl. They returned our call, set an appointment for an estimate and were a no show. After several calls, Phillip came out and gave us an estimate. They assigned us to a subcontractor who promised to come out but didnt show. When he did they were subpar. I would say that Arbor True was not good at returning phone call to customers but everything turned around when we met Osman Ceniceros. He is truly a man of his word and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. I would suggest that anyone who wants to hire Arbor True call and ask for Osman. I hope Arbor True understands and appreciates what a truly professional asset Osman is to their company. read more

Job was tree removal due to Beryl, estimate was crazy high but insurance was to cover it. First off, what I thought was a nice young women Brittany did the estimate, way overprice gouging indeed, then after they ran the bobcat over my lawn and drive and took a chunk off my fire pit and smashed up my gate, they left. On 714/24 Arbor True came out remove a tree from my house. They removed the tree and used a Bobcat and tore my yard up. They left big tracks in my yard and it try to correct this issue. They were going to leave a big tree branch hanging from my neighbors tree over my fence in my yard but I saw this issue and informed them before they were going to leave. The foreman apologized and stated the workers were tired. I talked to Gabby and she stated it was unacceptable the way the team left my yard. Gabby stated that someone would contact me and Kerryn called and stated a Foreman would contact me. The foreman never called. I'm very disappointed and upset because I have damage to my house and my car, and now my yard is tore up. People need to do their job and do it the right way. read more

Left 2 voicemails and sent 2 emails before I got a response.. two hours later. They could still come--on another weekday--and waive the fee. We really appreciated all the work ArborTrue has done for us so far (we intend to have them help with improving the quality of our lawn in the spring). They performed tree trimming at our house in order to satisfy a request from our home owners insurance company. They also explained to us why we wanted to keep certain branches despite the fact that they were over our roof in a few locations and Marcel even provided documentation that we were able to send to the insurance company. We love the trees in our yard and they clearly had the best interests of the trees in mind which is exactly what we wanted. Additionally they removed a sago palm we had in our yard that was dangerous for our dogs and treated our Magnolia tree to help improve it's overall health (which we feel worked very well). We would definitely recommend ArborTrue for any issues you are having in your yard. read more

Real bait and switch type company, would not recommend. My initial treatment plan totaled $1,175, which included a deep root injection, that I noted had already been done by a different provider. There was an additional line item of direct injection for stimulating, defending, and treating beetles (note the picture below which included the tree diameters, 1 unit at $10/unit). I spoke with the office, was able to get the deep root injection line item taken off, and requoted at $367. I approved this amount and scheduled the service for two days later. Sometime late into the night, I was snuck a new quote for $1520, after I had already approved the $366 and scheduled service. When I inspected the quote, the direct injection line items was now $1080, with more units and at a different unit rate (note picture with 60 units and $18/unit rate below). The new quote stated that the diameters of the trees were not included (the original quote clearly stated them) and the cost would be 108x higher. Additionally, the representative kept pushing for the deep root injection, which was already communicated had been done. read more

ArborTrue is a wonderful company! Last year Brad Phillips came out to inspect my favorite tree, the river birch. He diagnosed it as being heat stressed. Told me exactly what to buy, where to buy it and what to do. It responded beautifully to his advise! This year the city dug a trench for a natural gas pipeline on the other side of my fence near to the river birch. Called Brad to come out again. It was at the end of its city life and this insult just sealed its fate. He sent Fabian, Joel and Anthony to remove the tree. Fascinating to watch. That is dangerous work but these guys are very careful! And they were careful not to disturb equipment on the side of the house (AC, gas meters, etc). All are very professional. Exceeded my expectations! I will be calling Brad again and won't hesitate to recommend his company to my friends. read more

I've waited a year to write this review and am happy to report that we're incredibly pleased with Arbor True! We're building a new home on a lot with 25+ trees and the company that did the clearing did significant damage to the root systems. We got several quotes and while ArborTrue was on the higher end, it was clear their expertise far surpassed their competitors. I'm so glad that we went with a more experienced company because ALL of the trees are doing great. In the end, we're saving a significant amount of money compared to what it would cost to remove trees that didn't survive construction. My husband is even impressed! Finding the right people to do a job correctly is so hard to find. I have used several Arborist and Tree Services only to have no results or crappy service. That when a friend told me about these guys. ArborTrue is really a great company, I took a chance and requested an arborist to come and see what they can do to help me with my lemon Tree. It hasn't been doing to well not producing much for lemons. Arbortrue sent out an arborist named Brittney that was so informative, she game me great insight on how to help keep my tree healthy, things I didn't know I could do to keep my soil healthy. She suggested some soil conditioning and deep root fertilizing, which if I understood correctly, is one softens up the soil and allows soil to absorb more of everything, including air, and the fertilizer was to provide nutrients the tree and lawn needs. I had these people install artificial Turf. Worst experience and they are not trustworthy. I was sold and promised they would use ONE piece of turf and they installed 3 pieces to save themselves money and then said they never said that. I also am suspicions that they showed me one grass sample yet installed a different grade. I had asked to keep the sample, but the sales man said it was his only one. The U pins they used to hold the grass down are not galvanized and rust. When removing the dirt to put the filler in, they put the old dirt on the side of my house. UGH! The web site also says they do not outsource work, I was also having them remove 1 tree stump. They ended up removing 2 stumps and cutting into a live tree root because they outsourced this job and I came home to stop them from grinding the 3rd stump and my live trees roots. I regret using them, I regret paying them. Given the materials and workmanship, I do not think my grass will last over 3 years which is very upsetting. They also use another business name, so look for address of business. read more
