Church street lofts are sexy sheek apartments. We lived in a one bedroom, the view was great, private balcony. Julie our apt manager was wonderful anytime I needed anything it was taken care of in a timely manner. I really have no complaints. This entire facility is in immaculate condition and the grounds are manicured well. This is a unique combo of both quality and design. The campus itself was very orderly and had a peaceful resonance about it. The residents here seemed to be of the retired age and I didn't see any middle aged or younger people. There are income restrictions in place for most or all of the folks here. Also there is a leasing team on site to assist potential residents. This truly is a nice place to reside!

We never had to pay this in either of our previous apartments with them which we found spiteful that they wanted it once we finally left. We also were supposed to renew our lease and an agent emailed me that she was writing up the renewal, then a week later were told we were no longer allowed to renew or go month to month so we were basically forced out. Don't know if they're just money hungry or if they were upset due to noise complaints on the third story with a 100 pound dog who didn't obnoxiously bark, was just heavy footed. Tuscan just seems to favor certain tenants and it was not appreciated. So if you decide to live here make sure to start off on the right foot with management for sure!

Only downside is at times the wall seem thin so you can hear your neighbors in the play area needs improvement or at least to be bigger. For the price we paid you CANNOT beat it. She was doing a terrible job. She had her "picks" throughout the complex. She was let go several years ago. Since I have been here we have had 6 different property managers. The property manager we have now is great. She runs a tight ship. She is right on point. She has had a lot of upgrades done to the complex inside Apartments and outside of the apartments. Check it out. There is a waiting list.
