While I tried to consider a different meal plan, I noted their Gyro and asked if I could have the gyro topping (if it was gluten-free)on a baked potato instead. He came over and we felt we had known these foods forever. We ordered our food and OmG was it good. Cooked fresh and with care. The owner indicated that at any time we wanted a special dish cooked just give him a call and he would prepare it. I was blown away. The owner has a wide variety of specialty dishes he prepares and his family roots are in Italian food. He also has German dishes on the menu along with local favorites. Also he is a US Army veteran so of course I will be back supporting him and his business. In just one visit there we decided this will be our go too place to eat. You will not be disappointed. I have an extensive restaurant background and these folks do it right and really care about the quality of the food and if the customers are happy. Give them a try!!!

It was made with prime rib and absolutely would melt in your mouth. When we went back for dinner, my wife had the all you can eat catfish and I had the Cod and shrimp. Both were out of this world. The cod had a nice crunchy batter and came with fries, coleslaw, and fried okra. I substituted green beans instead of coleslaw. The catfish had a nice texture and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had the all you can drink juice bar, which was kind of an interesting touch. You could select from both versions of tea lemonade, and cranberry juice. I figured this was a more economical choice than the individual sodas. Speaking of, they had some rarely seen in Georgia sodas such as cheerwine. Service was great too an hour server was just as down home as she could be. We had some nice conversation with her as well. I seem to remember some review mentioning No Air conditioning. I am not really into all the foo-foo coffee drinks, so I picked up my plain cup of dark roast and found a seat outside to take in both the coffee and the bustle of downtown Blairsville on Thanksgiving weekend.
