My daughter was attending a bachlorette party and was in charge of the morning breakfast after. I knew it would be a struggle for all those girls even though it was very laid back event. So I took it upon myself to order trays of chicken minis, spicy chicken biscuits, fruit and brownies for the crowd. Let me tell you that even though they had some problems with the computer that day, they came through and honestly out of all the events, those girls liked this one the best. This location is terrible. Food is always cold and grilled items are burnt. Staff is not the friendly warm smilies you usually get from a chick fil a location. Dining room is dirty, high chairs appear to never been wiped down or cleaned, they do not put out utensils or really anything needed to eat and of course it's never given to you with your food so you have to go back to the counter to request it. A Georgia icon...always great food and customer service beyond compare. The chicken is juicy and tasty, the fries are delicious and the Mac and cheese is awesome...just like homemade. The lemonade is wonderful. I am so sad they no longer have coleslaw on the menu. It was so good and went perfectly with the chicken. They replaced it with kale salad (YUCK). I hope someday the company will come to its senses and bring it back. It's one of two fast food places I will eat. Highly recommend! read more

Disapointed... 4.79 for a four piece chicken tender. When the girl delivered them to the table I was delighted and ready for a hot, crispy and tasty box of chicken. Sadly, I get an almost warm box of semi-moist chicken left over from lunch five hours earlier. My wife said take them back. But I don't like to have my new order contaminated by the cook staff so I suffered through it. Now you have to suffer through my whining. My large chocolate shake was delicious. Food was good, just upset at the service. It is summer and the teens are working (Which is good!). I'm upset that there was one cashier and no one would help him. His seemed nervous (it is probably his first time working) but the manager did not step in to help him at all, not even to help with the long line. Over all a good place to eat just needs a manager to help with long lines and to teach and help the new workers. read more

Absolutely the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Asked for extra sauce on chicken minis and they forgot it. They told me that I must ORDER ANOTHER meal if I wanted the sauce. They couldn't give it to me over the counter. They wouldn't take my order back to pour it over the top. They wouldn't make it right by giving me an extra meal. The worst part was is that it was 4 CHICKEN MINIS... 4.. Came back 5 minutes later and it was 3 minutes past breakfast and I wasn't able to pay for my meal a second time after spending 100$ on my family. Service was horrendous. read more

Great food and very friendly service as usual. The only con is how they serve the food. They give you a colored piece of plastic with a small food picture on it and you sit at a table. They then bring out your food. Problem is when it is busy multiple people have the same color and the servers have to get close to see what good is in your plastic. Makes for a very long wait time to just get a sandwich. read more

They wanted to give is honey mustard in little plastic cups with lids instead of the usual individual packs. They also wanted to charge us $8 for it. Chick-fil-a is always great food. We arrived late (9pm and I understand the restaurant business better than most) and the service and food was excellent! My only concern is the level of cleanliness. We had to ask for napkins(both dispeners were empty) and we chose the cleanest table we could find. They were obviously very busy before we arrived. read more

My family has visited Chick-fil-a twice since they opened. It's always busy so we grab our food through the drive-thru. The chicken is so moist and tender and the waffle fries...oh my goodness!!! I finally tried the frozen lemonade this time and it was delicious. Definitely worth a visit. I've been on vacation and my brother, his friends, and I decided to go to this restaurant because we love the Chick-fil-a back home. This restaurant is probably the BEST one I've ever been to!!!!! The staff are so friendly!!! They offered to give us refills and they brought the food to our table in 2 minutes & it was fairy busy. This blows regular fast food places right out of the water. There is no comparison between Chick-Fil-A and McDonalds. This place was awesome! See you guys next year!!! read more

They make sure to clean the tables after someone leaves so that when a new person comes in and they have a clean place to sit and eat. If something spills on the floor they clean it up as soon as I can. They also clean the restrooms multiple times a day. One of the best parts about Chick-fil-A is their child-friendly environment. Most locations include a playground area for the kids. They also have toys in the kids meal and have child-friendly music playing all day. Chick-fil-A has amazing food. They use fresh ingredients and they have a very diverse mean of food choices, from salads to sandwiches they have it all. Not to mention for all their food they have a nutrition menu to tell you what ingredients are in it and how many calories it has. Chick-fil-A overall has everything you are looking for in a fast food restaurant, great service, amazing food and a clean and child friendly environment.
