Instead of opting for fast food we stopped at El Puerto for lunch and we're not disappointed. They had several lunch specials which were great value for your money. When he ordered my burrito, he had audibly stated no jalapeños. I heard him. Our son heard him. He wasn't whispering. He was talking the same he would going through any drive thru. And we've never had issues. When she read our order back. We had noticed she didn't repeat no jalapeños. So my husband just goes "oh. That should have no jalapeños on it". And she goes "Well she already made it". Okay ma'am. You learn working fast food that what the customer orders is what they get. I ended up speaking up and I said "he did say no peppers". She goes "well we didn't hear that". So we just pull up to the window, pay, and as we're leaving. This woman really looks at us and nastily says "you need to learn how to speak up". I'm sorry.
