Great fast food restaurant if you're looking for a quick stop to grab something to eat. However, when our family stopped by (we had a 4 hour drive), they forgot 2 items. Stopped in at 2:00pm (definitely not prime time). Ordered a fish sandwich combo with an extra fish sandwich. Ordered on the app and sat at table for the order. MIC brought me my tray. Grabbed a fry to munch and almost spit it out... it was THAT HOT!! Bit into my sandwich, also very hot! The buns were fresh and hadn't been sitting getting tough. Slow. Consistently gets order incorrect. Unfriendly service in drive thru and dine in. I only ever give them a chance when I have plenty of time but not enough to cook at home. Food taste is spotty good at best. Usually over salted and just lacking once in a while it's ok. read more

It's actually a hit or miss on service. Concordia is a small town and I know they have hired good people but the higher management/owners are not good to their employees. I think with a limited source of good employees in a small town they would take care of the ones they have- I actually feel badly for the employees because fast food workers make very little money but are expected to do a lot of work with a smile. Customers tend to treat fast food workers very poorly bc I'm assuming it makes them feel better about themselves. At night the food doesn't taste good as it does in the morning or afternoon.. I give it a two because I actually called about something I witnessed to s young employee. It wasn't taken seriously and I refuse to be a patron of their establishment anymore. I'm sure it doesn't matter to them but eventually they will see that losing good, quality employees will effect their bottom line. read more

This place has its ups and downs but lately it has been going down. I am sitting here seeing a floor that is trashed with dirt and food. 3 orders are being walked out to drive thru customers because the service is so slow. The pop has been so watered down it could be considered cola spritzer. I will not give this mcdonalds 1 star. I went through the drive thru in concordia, ks at 4p.m. on wednesday july 25th. I ordered a quarter pounder, medium fries & medium drink. I specifically, politely asked if they would please leave the cheese off of the sandwich due to the fact im allergic to dairy products. I get home, i have one of those special tickets on the quarter pounder box that says no cheese. Instead, it has double cheese & no onions. I rarely ever eat at mcdonalds because its all soy & no beef. I was hungary & in a hurry, so i went through there. It will never happen again. They cant get it right. I gave the neighbors dog the quarter pounder. I tried calling mcdonalds to let them know what they did. Every time the phone would ring, someone would pick the phone up & hang up. So, couldnt reach them by phone. So, here you go mcdonalds, i turned to yelp, which, will get the bad review out to more people than expected. I will not refer this place to anybody, ever!! Just stopped through the drive through on the way back to Texas. The girl at the window served us with a smile and handed us a small bag with our napkins straws and sauces making it much easier to manage on the road. Fries and nuggets were piping hot and tasted great. read more
