Arby's used to be one of my favorite fast food places back in the day...especially for their famous roast beef sandwiches. Over the years no matter what Arby's I go to, their roast beef sandwiches have been getting thinner and thinner. Well, that was until I went to this Arby's in Gunnison. They packed the sandwiches I ordered full of their tasty roast beef just like it was the old days. I had stopped going to Arby's because the sandwiches were getting so thin, but the Gunnison Arby's does them just right. Also, the staff is very friendly and they are abiding by safe social distancing and wearing protective masks. I can't believe they charge over $7.00 for a small drink & small fries. No sandwich, just a drink & fries, small size on both. Almost $8.00. I guess it's only worth a trip when they have BOGO sandwiches and getting the sandwiches on their own with no fries or drink. Geez!!! read more

Very disappointing I'm a bus driver and I'm staying at the Holiday Inn next-door. Walked over to Arby's to find out that their lobby is closed because they're short on Help and only the drive-through is open. I can't drive my bus through the drive-through. read more

Horrible customer service and needs new management, still had 20 minutes of their operation being open (it was supposed to be 8:30) even though it's usually 9:30 they changed it and were saying they were closed even though it was only 8:10 and we got there at 8 sat at the drive thru no one answered so we pulled up to the window, the lady who answered immediately said we are closed we said your sign says 8:30 you still have 20 min of operation still left. She kept saying we are closed without an explanation and then slammed the window and went and got her manager the manager did the same, no reason as to why they shut down and were turning down every customer with 20 minutes still left to serve. read more

I'm not sure why the terrible ratings as we had a great experience at this Arby's location. I've never eaten at Arby's before, though my hubby has. We were supposed to be going out of town and our plans were abruptly changed at the last minute and we found ourselves with no plans for dinner with hungry mouths to feed. The fast food options were McD, Subway and Arby's and since I was wanting to eat my feelings about plans not going as planned, we went to where they have the meats. First of all, we showed up half an hour before closing. I didn't have high hopes. However, the young man who helped us was super friendly and actually very funny, joking with us and making us feel welcomed. Little did he know he was helping us overcome the disappointment of a long-planned trip dissolving at go-time (shout out to Aerick). Anyway, we ordered a lot of food. A lot. As in, 60 percent of the menu. Everything we ate was well-prepared, looked good, tasted good. Is this Michelin-rated, wagyu beef? No. Does that mean it's not good? Also, no. The Reuben was delicious and looked like a poster advertisement. The gyro was really tasty. The curly fries were the bee's knees. The half pound roast beast sandwich was really tasty and the small humans all devoured their meals and stated "can we eat here again tomorrow?" TL; DR: take off your fancy pants and go eat there. It works to numb your feelings of disappointment and is cheaper than a session with a psychologist. read more

We used to always stop here when traveling through Gunnison. The last time we came through town will be the very last time we ever stop there. The service was absolutely terrible!!! 2 guys in the back were eating, saw me staring there and still didn't come out. There was a female sitting at one of the dining tables also just looking at us. We stood there for several minutes, and the female at the table finally spoke up and said something to the guys in the back to come out and help us. Looked like a whole new staff of possible foreigners. This Arby's also had signs of questionable cleanliness. I've eaten at a lot of places, but this Arby's isn't just a restaurant--it's a meat-lovers utopia wrapped in warm pita bread and slathered in tzatziki sauce. The gyro? A spiced masterpiece that made me believe in miracles. The chocolate milkshake? So thick and decadent that it practically rewrote my understanding of joy. And then, the deluxe burger entered the scene--a towering stack of beef and toppings that feels like Arby's looked at every other burger on the planet and said, 'We can out-meat that.' Meanwhile, the McDonald's next door sits in shame, serving up burgers that taste like sadness pressed between two soggy buns. It's dog water compared to the juicy, glorious perfection of Arby's deluxe burger. Every bite drips with flavor as if the burger itself knows it's won the fast-food arms race. If I could, I'd spend eternity here, alternating between gyros, milkshakes, and that burger, like some kind of meat-worshipping pilgrim. And if I were to die, collapsing mid-bite in the bathroom, gyro in one hand, milkshake in the other, and burger sauce on my face, I'd die a happy, greasy, well-fed soul. Five stars isn't enough. Absolutely the worst service ever. It is like this every time we come here. Two sandwiches and we have been waiting 25 minutes.

I've never been to an Arby's before. This one is located right next to McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually pretty good! This location is apparently brand new. They were training a bunch of workers and everything was super clean and new. I got a philly, which was ok. Of course it wasn't the best philly I've ever had, but the bell peppers were good and the meat was soft. The horsey sauce really made it good. The curly fries were hot and crispy and I like that they offer tea and lemonade (with fresh lemon wedges) with the other fountain drinks. My friends suggested the beef with cheddar sandwich or the French dip next time. The service was fast and the bathrooms were clean. There was also lots of parking. I'd come back to an Arby's if I was hungry and in the proximity of one... haha! read more

Hello everyone, I would just like to say I went to Arby's two times in the same week to get the mint chocolate shake and they didn't have it both times I went. The service has always been good but I think if you have a product but cannot provide it you should take it off the menu. Worst. Arby's. Ever. I ordered online at 4:54 pm. App said it'll be done by 5p. I figured that was an exaggeration, but at the 20 min mark after I had ordered (5:14 pm), nobody had said a word about my order. I went up and asked about it and was told they were working on it right then. Stand there for another 5 mins as my blood sugar is absolutely bottoming out and I'm on the verge of passing out in their lobby... "Oh, sorry... we're out of the sandwich you ordered." Could SOMEBODY explain why I had to wait TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for somebody to tell me that? When they saw the online order pop up on their screen and KNEW they didn't have that sandwich that is VERY PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED on their app, why did they not call out my name, especially when I entered after the order was placed? You'd think SOMEBODY would want to find that person and let them know so that they could make food for them. Nope. nobody cared. I would also like to know why the counter person lied and said they were making it. It was somebody completely different who told me they didn't have it. I have had slow Arby's franchises in the past, so that didn't surprise me. But the utter disregard they show for their paying customers is disgusting. I can't believe it. Over priced as usual so I brought coupons. Forgot to apply it oh well I will mention it. They go to fix it and completely ignore the other food on the receipt. Then when I ask about said food after waiting forever for one item they say "that's not what you paid for" and I told them to check the first receipt. They then got annoyed and quickly got my other food out and was mad about the whole thing. I was so happy that there was an Arby's in Gunnison, CO as I drove along on my trip to the SW part of Colorado. The location was convenient, parking was tight but adequate, nice looking and decorated exterior and interior, friendly employees, food serve hot within 5 minutes and was delicious and reasonably priced, tables, seats, etc., in the dining room was clean & tidy, and the men's room was clean. read more

Best fast food service in Gunnison. Always willing to meet your needs. Also great food a little pricey but worth it.

The food here was awful, the fries were as hard as a rock, literally inedible and the chicken sandwich I got was drenched in a mustard sauce that wasn't mentioned to come on the sandwich. Waste of money. If you want something quick to grab I'd suggest going somewhere else. :( read more

Went to Arby's around 7:30pm.. no customers there.. we ordered and received our order fairly quickly.. some condiment dispensers were empty, I asked for some which sent several employees on a hunt.. we sat down in a very dirty dining room to eat .. long story short, no one ever let me know that they ran out of what I asked for, the fries were cold, tough and old.
