I loved the service and they didn't get my food wrong and I didn't get diarrhea and the bathrooms were very clean

It was Fourth of July, extremely busy. Probably 50 people in the lobby waiting. I got my food, it was fine. But what I saw behind the counter was unreal. The black lady in blue was yelling at the cooks, snapping her fingers, slapping her hands at them and then having some audacity to yell gracias at them. The lady at the second window at 11:10am on Sunday July 6th 2025 was on a power trip, I asked her for buffalo sauce and she said it was in bag, i checked before asking her and told her it wasn't in the bag and she told me at least 3 times it was in there and I told her it literally wasn't she then made me show her inside the bag and then finally after being rude gave me sauce like can you not just grab two sauces and let me eat my food I paid for? It seems that drugs have taken ahold of the night shift women. Horribly disgusting food and night shift women just as rude and unsavory as the food. Ambiance is just like any other McDonald's but with a sinister staff that makes you wonder about how they are treating your food. Night shift women constantly go to their cars to vape which is a very unprofessional and unpleasant sight as customers go through the drive thru. Pretty typical for Gunnison though. Trash! read more

The food I ordered came out in a good amount of time. Although the cleanliness of this place was disgusting. The floor was sticky all around and when it came to the bathrooms, it was even worse. The trash can for the ladies stall was over filled in both stalls. No toilet paper and you could tell it had been a while since refilled because there was a stack of napkins left from other people. The toilets had liquid poop on the front of the toilet from a previous person and the floor contained of garbage. read more

YOUR RESTAURANT WAS DISGUSTING. Walked in and there was your employee sitting in a chair at the register. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned at all. No clean tables, trash all over floor, sticky floors. Had to use men's restroom because the women was out of order. And that experience was not pleasant, bathroom was even more disgusting. There is a beautiful college campus within walking distance. Do better Gunnison McDonald's. read more

When we are on the road and need to use a restroom we oftentimes stop at McDonald as their restrooms are typically very clean. Yesterday's experience in Gunnison, Colorado did not meet our expectations. The women's restroom was disgusting! The floor dirty, toilets filthy, and stuff that looked like nose bugers flipped on the stall walls. I could not wait to wash my hands and get out of there but low and behold there was no soap! There were two dispensers, one empty and one had soap that would not dispense. I had noticed a hand sanitizer dispenser in the lobby so headed directly to get some, it was also empty! An employee in the lobby told us they were all out of soap and hand sanitizer. What? My husband had the same experience in the men's room. He wanted to do his business but was afraid to sit on the toilet due to filth. We had already ordered a bite to eat but in thinking about eating food prepared by employees without access to hand soap caused us to toss our food in the trash on the way to our car and head on down the road. I'm not sure how to report this incident to a health department but it is real disturbing to think of the germs being spread at this McDonalds during this season of Covid. read more

The worst McDonalds ever! Dirty rude and a difficult staff. Hopefully the owner reads the reviews and would decide to make changes and improvements in every aspect of their business. Monday morning dawned to a cold, steady drizzle. I was starving - so after showering, I headed out of the hotel and went next door - right next to the Holiday Inn Express is a McDonald's. I went in and ordered the #2 Breakfast Value Meal: a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffin Value Meal with a small coffee. I got the meal to eat in. I sat down and proceeded to hungrily wolf down the McMuffin - it was put together the it should be - hot, but not greasy, the cheese just starting to melt, and everything fresh. The Hash Brown hot and cooked perfectly - although it was just a tad on the greasy side. Coffee was hot, strong, and good. I should have opted for a large coffee! read more

I absolutely do not recommend coming here AT ALL. Our team came after our match and they had us standing around the cash register for 20 minutes while the kiosk was broken. They ignored us every time we tried to ask to take our order. We were given so much attitude for just coming to eat here. They did not want to do their jobs. HORRIBLE. read more

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and a medium root beer. I use the kiosk because nobody was helping anybody upfront. My receipt says exactly what I ordered. When I got my order for the older guy there was very rude. Just wanted to make sure I was going out the right door and had to be a jerk. Then when I got to open my order it was wrong. This is super easy when it's on a kiosk. There's no reason the employees in there that weren't busy can't get an order correct. I got a regular quarter pounder and a diet soda. I was the only inside order. The order number 838 was on my receipt and on the food order. Bun was stale too. Ripped off and treated poorly. read more

Pulled up hours before closing and the place had no lights on outside and barely any inside. Pulled in and found they were indeed open and ordered the usual for my family but with 4 McFlurry for desert since we had been driving for 14 hours and wanted a treat. Food was good and hot, no mess ups which is unusual for Mcdonald's and the food was ready really quickly since we were the only ones there (probably because everyone thought it was closed). But the McFlurrys were horrible, idk what went wrong, but our 4 Flurry's could maybe fill one and a half of the cups they came in, would've been a great experience if our 4$ something each flurry's were actually filled correctly. read more

Every single table on the building needed to be wiped down, there were no less than 4 out of order signs on the soda machine, every single trash can was overflowing, meanwhile the employees were making dirty jokes to each other in the back that the whole restaurant could hear. Rude. Won't serve lunch at the correct time. When asked when they serve lunch they said 10:30. The time was 10:33. The drive through attendant refused to talk to me after I stated that it was past 10:30. Horrible customer service; the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. No lights were on but cars were in the drive through and parking lot. When we told the drive through employee the lights were off, he didn't act surprised or motivated to attend to the matter. I doubt he told anyone. Hamburger buns were hard. Meat was overcooked, and fries were cold and very salty. Do yourself a favor & keep driving. Gas station food surpasses this. read more

What a joke. The floors were filthy. Very understaffed and it seemed like the covid shields they used to pretend the line of customers was invisible. Drive through line and inside line was out to door /parking lot. Not to mention there was no toilet paper in the restrooms: I asked for some and they just laughed saying they were trying to get to it. This McDonalds is q good one. The fellow behind the counter with the radio voice made the experience much more pleasant that usual McDonald's visits. He was super nice, coffee and food really good. I would have given them 5 stars but the latte machine wasn't working and we waited for over 5 minutes before we asked the lady when our food would be out and then she said the latte machine wasn't working correctly. Always keep your guests informed, especially when they are standing right in front of of you. read more

I had hoped to at least be able to get a drink out of there occasionally but the last two time I ordered a Dr Pepper with light ice I was given a drink that was nothing but carbonated water and then the next time I was given a drink with one big block of ice that I dont believe could have come out of the ice dispenser....so not sure what was going on.... read more

Messed up order, twice. First pass through drive through window they forget McChicken sandwich. Went back and received a Spivey McChicken. Unfortunately it's only late drive through. Not sure about anyone else, but when you drive through it would be nice to get a napkin. Ordered food for three people. No napkins. Person at the window asked if wanted a spicy sandwich three times. We had a horrible experience at this McDonalds while driving through town. After about 2 hours on highway 50, I was DYING for some coffee and a bit to eat (weird combo at 2pm). So we decided to go through the drive-thru. When we got to window 1 (to pay), we paid $7.57 for what was to be our $11.07 meal. I looked at the lady completely confused and she said that they would fix the mix-up at window 2 (pick-up window). We then had to pay for the difference at window 2. What was the confusion? We were in line (at window 2) for about 15 minutes - yes 15 minutes! Apparently someone before us in line didn't pay at window 1 but paid at window 2 and that pushed everyone's order back one. What chaos! The ladies inside were trying to figure out what to do and that just made us a bit frustrated. Note to employees at this McDonalds: Mistakes happen all the time. Find the root cause, fix it, and move on as to not hold up business or slow it down. When we left, we noticed they didn't put an napkins in our bag - rrrrrrr! What a mess all around! read more
