Arby's is Arby's. Lots of meat, tasting identical anywhere in the country, if it ever tastes different time to check it out very closely before eating any more. Which leaves Service and Freshness. LIke, are the fries fresh and hot? Are the staff friendly? No serious complaints at this location from me. I ordered my food, w/my go-to 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich I ordered a cordon bleu sandwich. Fries. (I often eat 1 big meal a day. Got home, the COrdon Bleu I ordered was a Reuben. Yuck. I couldn't find my receipt and was not going to drive back that night so I called the restaurant, told them the situation, asked them to note to management for when I could get back. Went back the next day, it was painless. Walked in, brief explanation to the manager on duty, he hooked me up w/the sandwich in a couple minutes. Very friendly and efficient, not even a hint of not believing me. This is good.... I travel much, when on the road and locally, If restaurants get it wrong i make it a point to complain to make it right. People can make mistakes, but I have also found that some businesses do it so routinely it sometimes feels intentional. Like certain Chicken places and the pieces or quantity. One chain here in Lincoln is atrocious, so bad that it is rarely right, I ALWAYS check before I start the car to leave, 90% of the time have to go back in. It is very surprising how many times I have gotten the wrong order in drive-throughs, then gotten a hard time from managers/employees, even with receipts shortly after I got the food. As a matter of fact, I think it should be a practice for Drive-throughs to do more than just make it right..... Maybe an extra sandwich or something. It takes gas and time to got back and get orders corrected. But making it difficult to get the order corrected is a quick way to get me into serious mode. Apparently wanting to believe I was a bum trying to get free food. Not real wise on their part usually. ... BUT no worries w/this Arby's. Friendly helpful manager and employees. read more

The new Meat and 3 deal is definitely good but this is my third time getting it; and Iv yet to have a complete box. They are consistently missing something along with an extra long wait time. This last time I had zero sauces and it was packed in a bag. read more

Fast hot food. I'm not an Arby's regular, but if I was I would choose this location again. The lady who took my order (Kim I think) was polite and efficient. My food was ready in less than 10 min and my curly fries were hot! That's all I really cared about to be honest. I'm astonished how many people will try to serve me cold fries. Stopped by for lunch dining room is open went to order and was asked if I would wear a mask if given one I declined. They refused to take my order and said I could go through drive through I said I would post spout it and was told to have fun with that. Went next door to Wendy's maskless ordered and ate. We stopped here to eat lunch, we're told we couldn't sit inside because of the COVID-19 we placed our order, I used the restroom while I was waiting the restroom was filthy two stalls there was feces on the seat. Do not go here I will not return can you imagine how clean the employees are if they can't even keep the bathroom clean. read more

I don't eat fast food except for Arby's. It's incredible. Extra horsie sauce please. This location is pretty standard. The curly fries were hot and delicious as per usual. The roast beef is always a good choice but they have a ton of other options. I didn't get the salads but my wife did and they looked good too. I'm thinking Arby's. read more

Went through the drive through and when we got our bag it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke where someone grabbed the top of the bag. Called to make a manager aware, and instead of a simple apology, he assured me the employee had washed her hands when it was clear she didn't. i repeated myself that the bag smelled like cigarette smoke and again, instead of a simple apology... This is absolutely the worst Arby's I've very been too. I never eat fast food but had to pass through here on a road trip. It was either this or another awful chain. Anyway, I got the new Smokehouse Brisket sandwich, which somehow looked appealing from big lit up photos all around this seedy joint. Also snagged some jalapeño poopers cause I like to live on the edge. So the food comes out, they don't even call our name so some old man who doesn't even work there comes over and asks if the food getting cold is mine. Ding ding ding! Cold food. We dive into this tray of regret, and this sandwich looks like a diaper that barely escaped five rounds with Muhammad Ali. Barely even resembled a sandwich. I'm in the middle of a debate in my mind on how this should exit my system. I may leave it in the parking lot on the drive away from this unholy site. Jalapeño poppers tasted like breaded freezer burn, which I didn't even realize held up flavor so well when deep fried. Hurl. Never gonna have to come back here, thank God. read more

Arbys is a fast food restaurant, so this rating is comparing it to other fast food. I ordered a basic roast beef and curly fry meal. The sandwich was good, had a nice helping of meat, and the fries were hot, fresh, and just the right amount of crispy. This is surprisingly difficult to get right at many places, so I was pleased when they were made correctly. The staff member was friendly and my wait was maybe 2-3 minutes. The overall experience was better here than most other fast food joints so I'll likely be returning in the near future. read more

My daughter & I had a delightful experience at this Arby's. The server was very cheerful and polite. He is one of the very few people who thanked us and wished us a good day. I HATE when people hand me my order and tell me "here ya go", rather than "thank you for stopping by and have a great day". I'll go back to this address again! (And the food was good!) read more
