Food was fine but the service was frustrating. I was the only customer in line. Three people in the restaurant. Plenty of people on shift. Two orders in the queue on the screen. I don't mind being asked to wait, I know it's a tough job, but at least don't awkwardly glance at me a couple of times and ignore the fact that I've been standing there for a full 15 minutes. And when someone did take my order, no thanks for waiting, just 'what can I get you', and I kind of felt like I was wasting their time. Normally when I go here I have no issues, been that way for many years. Last trip here though was absolutely abysmal, made me feel terrible about going there to get food. I had simply asked for an extra cup of red ranch, was told ok with no fuss at this time. Pulled around, didn't get it the extra cup, so I got back in line and mentioned how I asked for an extra cup and didn't get one, then was told at that point and not before then, that they can't do that, it's a new policy. I mentioned how that has never been an issue while going here for a very long time. I mean I could've just split my order and got two cups that way, no skin off our noses right? Well, that would have been fine, if she hadn't said, verbatim, "Fine, whatever. Pull around." As if I spat in her face for having the audacity to ask for a single cup more. Now I don't pretend to know peoples jobs but I know that you shouldn't be talking to anyone that way, let alone your paying customers. Especially over something so trivial and small, and so easy to fix in any other way than the hostile approach they decided on. I mean it's a cup of ranch sauce for gods sake. Absolutely embarrassing work ethic displayed by management and employees alike, and on such a silly hill to die on, too. This review is being followed by a notice to their corporate number/email outlining just how unacceptable it is for their crew to represent their brand with such disrespectful behaviors. TLDR; asked for an extra cup of ranch sauce, was told I can't have it, after the matter, and despite being an easy thing to fix as it's simply a cup of sauce, they were extremely rude about it instead. Lost a customer over a silly cup of sauce. Simply embarrassing. read more

I wouldn't even give this food to my dog. I was the only customer waiting in the lobby and even though the drive through had been empty my order was still messed up twice. Let's not forget that every sandwich in a wrapper is just thrown together with 10lbs of sauce everywhere. read more

Stopped here while traveling. At drive through saw ad for $.99 root beer floats. Tried to order one but was told it was an old ad and they didn't have them. Next day I see ad on tv for Arby's $.99 floats. I called the manager of the store who confirmed they did have the floats. He was apologetic and said he would send me coupons for my inconvenience. That was three weeks ago. Still no coupons. Not good customer service. read more

Wow, this may have been the filthiest restaurant I've been to...ever. Floors were sticky and dirty, tables messy and not bussed and my wife wouldn't even wash her hands in the ladies room sink as it was so disgustingly gross. We were the only ones in there on an early Sunday evening and didn't order and left as soon as we could. Found a nearby JJ sub restaurant that was spotless with excellent service. read more

I have never had such a bad experience at a fast food place that I felt the need to leave a bad review but this place was just awful. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days, there was not a single table or seat that wasn't covered in crumbs, the staff was extremely slow, it took them 10 minutes to take 4 people's orders, they almost charged one guy 19 dollars for a single meal, when I ordered my meal they tried to refuse me the drink that I paid for and when I got my food they didn't even give me my fries and when I asked for them they wouldn't give me the size that I ordered, they would only give me a small, half of the soda dispensers were out of order and the other half of them were leaking, and the bathrooms didn't have any paper towels. read more

Horrible. We did drive thru, but it took as much time as a restaurant. We spent 20 minutes in line and "just one moment" felt like forever. They did not have the drink that I wanted and it used to be on he menu. The food was decent. Save yourself, go to the Burger King instead. read more
