One of the current specials is a cheeseburger, fries, and the salad bar for $8.99, which is a deal as the salad bar alone is $12.99 or $5.99 if added to an entree. You have to ask for specials or know because they don't tell you. The salad bar is great at this Ruby Tuesday, although sometimes things will be empty. They restock fairly quickly if you ask. This was my first time having a chicken parm... yum! It was very delicious. The loaded fries were also good, I added buffalo sauce to them. The half cut tea was AMAZING- I had three drinks inside and even took one home! They had a really great selection for a salad bar, but I figured I had gotten enough for a meal to validate getting a salad too. The food portions for the salmon were a little skimpy. If you're not going to give enough food, at least plate it in a more convincing and aesthetic way. Service was moderate. read more

Brought multiple drinks out incorrectly, 1 person got coke, Dr coke, Mr Pibb(no one at table even had MrPibb) 4 salad bars, 3 people ordered food took 1 hour. 4 tables seated after us ate and left before we received our food. I stopped for lunch at 11:30 am on a Wednesday and there was only one server in the whole place. She took care of everything and everyone. After a while waiting to be seated (not the fault of the server, just that the place was understaffed) I was taken to a booth, and I ordered the salad bar. The salad bar was clean and well organized. There were a lot of choices available, but not as many dressings as I would have liked. The lettuce was crispy and there were four choices of different types of lettuce. I overheard the server talking to another table when she was asked if more help was on the way, and she said that they were expected at any time. I felt really bad for the server as she had at least 8 other tables that she was working, and she really did a great job considering what she was expected to do. This was one of the better Ruby Tuesday locations that I have stopped at. It was clean and the salad bar was well stocked and fresh. It was what I expect when I come to this Restaurant chain. Just a heads up to steer clear of this restaurant. There was in excess of ten flies buzzing around our table throughout the meal. We were not offered a flyswatter when requested, we were not offered a different table. Can only assume the flies had free access to the salad bar. Hostess was sweet, kind, and very nice!! Told us it would be about a 25 minute wait so ... we did. Once we were seated we decided to share a few Mexican appetizers since Mexican food is one of our favorites and the salad bar looked less than appealing --- which was the original plan. Ordered two appetizers -- one was the nachos and didn't want the bbq sauce (yes, on chicken nachos) so asked if we could get salsa. The server was very accommodating... We also ordered the bean and chicken quesadilla. Food came up in about 20 min which was okay based on the fact that very few people were working. The food was warm at best --- the quesadilla was about a 6 and was pretty good --- light on fillings and seemed like a small portion --- but the best food we had! The nachos --- Well --- really, really not good!! The chicken was not cool but seemed to come out of the refrigerator.. The cheese was lumped like nacho cheese but lumpy and cool... The salsa --- well, it was the warmest food on the plate but it wasn't salsa -- IT WAS MARINARA!!! Our server came by and I kindly let her know that the kitchen probably accidentally gave us marinara instead of salsa... and she said ---- "They said they are out of salsa and this was the closest thing they had.." WHAT???? A side a marinara with our nachos and they thought we wouldn't notice it wasn't salsa??????????????????? $30 later and we should have gone to Taco Bell for a much BETTER DINNER as this was the horrible!!! Tipped our server for doing a great job as we were thankful she came to work. Ruby Tuesdays --- WOW --- Never so disappointed. We were on the road heading to Arizona. We stopped at the Ruby Tuesday's for lunch. We ordered our meal to go to eat it in the RV. The Backyard BBQ salad was nothing but burnt chicken (no BBQ sauce) and lettuce. It was missing all of the other ingredients, including the dressing. Returned it for a new one. This time it had all the ingredients but very little lettuce. The BBQ sauce was drenched on the salad, and it had the same burnt chicken as I took a bite out of the one I returned. This is my 2nd time eating at this location, sadly this time it wasn't as pleasant. My Mother got the wrong order, (They did however try to make things right and covered the order.) Sadly our waitress was slacking, she didn't pick up dirty dishes or ask if we needed anything. We had to flag her down. Also the salad bar is amazing!!!!! Wife and I ordered Bacon Club Sandwhich and Ultimate Crispy Chicken Sandwich with tater tots and fries and coffee and iced tea. Food was delivered with no tomatoes on the sandwiches. We told a staff member who talked to our waitress. She came back and told us they were out of tomatoes. Nobody ever asked us if that was ok. So we are doing the historic Route66 and needed a good dinner during the pandemic. Just happened to see this Ruby Tuesday and thought they might be open. Not until Friday but the manager, Sam, was absolutely wonderful. He brought a table outside so we could enjoy a great dinner. Our lovely waitress, Jan, did a great job. Very personal. It was so nice to sit and enjoy a tasty meal during this crazy time. Hubby had a 6 oz. steak that was cooked to perfection and I had chicken in a cream, mushroom sauce that was to die for. Ok place. It wasn't busy because we hit mid afternoon traveling home from vacation. My only frustration is with our steaks and the time it took for being practically empty. My husband and I both ordered medium well steaks. His came out well done and super dry for a $20 meal. Mine was very juicy and had some blood still running which isn't typically what I see with medium well. Pretzel sticks were yummy and the portions on the kids pasta was huge! So that was nice. I would say this is the best restaurant option in town. Our waitress was so nice and friendly, could almost say she was bubbly. I don't have any complaints on the staff or service. My family went in around 8:30 pm. They close at 10 pm. We ordered our food. It came in a timely manner. There was only 3 other tables occupied. The food was ok. Chicken strips were small. Our waitress asked if we wanted dessert and we said yes just 1 and we we're going to share. We heard our waitress say to another coworker my last table always orders dessert. It was a kinda special occasion and it was a let down that at 9 pm they had to say this and we heard it from our table. We told her to forget about it.
