Walked up to the register around 11:40 PM stood there with nobody around at all finally after about five minutes somebody walks in and says sorry we are not serving any food right now then finally a second person walks out from the office who looked to be asleep... so I asked the first lady you guys ain't serving nothing and she says that they are not taking any orders until the next shift comes in at 12 AM. We were passing through from Southern California and were going to stop at the Smoke Shack for Philly Cheesesteaks, but they were unexpectedly closed. We stopped here because we were starving and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty (Italian dips) and the service was great. All I wanted was a Ham & Swiss sandwich. I walked in and waited for the person in front of me to order. We waited about 10 minutes before someone took our order. After my order I saw 3 other orders get served (including a family of 4) and at that point someone noticed that I had been waiting almost 10 minutes and still hadn't received my order. This has to be the WORSE Arbys ever!! Ordered $7.99 meat & 3 special. Didn't get the 2pc chicken tenders or the peach cobbler roll. There was no ice for the ICE tea. And could not call & complain because their # 575-542-3103 is not connected. Could not go back we were on the road driving thru. Walked on in on a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy. We stood at the front waiting to order and the girl working the register kept doing what she was doing. After what seemed like an eternity, I walked closer to the register and just told her my order. Asked her a few things about the menu and she didn't even bother replying. We spent about $30. We got our drinks and sat down. Our table was dirty and all the other ones were as well. Tried looking for napkins and there weren't any left. (They only have one napkin holder) Went back to the same employee and told her I needed napkins. She asked me if I was sure there weren't any out there and I didn't even know what to say.. Our food took a while to be made and it was okay. Overall it was a good visit, it just took way longer then we would've wanted it too.. so don't expect to get your food fast! read more

Terrible experience. Clerk rang up the wrong item. It was literally half the sandwich I ordered and the bread was burned. When I pointed this out,he said it wasn't. Lol. Then he said I was rude. WTF? Think you got that backwards cowboy. Finally the manager came out and fixed everything. The food is the food when you go to Arby's, you know what you're gonna get every time you go? Big question is, what kind of service are you gonna get? That's the question for most fast food restaurants these days it seems. That was my problem today at this particular Arby's restaurant I don't know if the cashier smoked a blunt before his shift or if he was extremely tired but his mind was definitely not at work! I watched him space out for a third time I noticed the guy in the back that was making sandwiches now sweeping the floor of the food that found its way there through out the day. A Third employee, that seemed just as excited as the first employee to be there at work today, noticed the order that was still on the service screen. He made his way to the back to find my order sitting on the shelf where the food technician had forgotten about it. He quickly put it in a bag and got the attention of our space cadet who aimlessly gave the bag to me after dropping some sauce in it. It's totally understandable when you only see one star on this place, seems like customer service it's declining rapidly here, I arrived this morning around 3am for a sandwich, no body was there to greet costumes, after waiting for a while this gentleman in glasses showed up And told me.. That I had to wait because he had to get ready for his breakfast morning costumers. Then I question my self.. I'm a costumer or what? Totally unacceptable behavior by this clerk. I came in on a Greyhound bus for a rest stop around 11:45 pm and I received the absolute best customer service. They expedited my order and made me feel so special and all with a smile at these graveyard hours. I couldn't get their names because I was in a rush but the lady at the register was the most sweetest ever and a gentleman I believe his name was Edmond whipped up my food so fast and was such a gentleman conversing with me as I waited on my sandwich. Oh goodness where do I even start? After driving from East Tennessee, heading to Southern California we seen an Arby's and decided to stop. Now I understand that is was 12:45am however there is no way that it is okay for a location to be that dirty. We didn't let that get to us. Hungry and tired is a bad combo with driving long periods. We get to the counter where we weren't even greeted by the rude little girl at the counter. We both work at hotels so we have a pretty good idea on what is and what is not good customer service is and you my dear were horrible. Again it was 12:45am so we were understanding and didn't let that get to us either. We then started asking questions about the menu just to get a shrug or "I don't know" out of the cashier... Okay. Now that bugged us but we just ordered, got a drink and moved on. Flash forward to getting our meal. My 6 piece mozzarella stick with actually a 3 piece because they were all fried together. That's annoying but it's the same thing tho I started breaking them up just to find that they were under cooked and disgusting. And the rude cashiers hair in my sandwich... Now I'm angry... The cashier are fries out of the basket. And her phone was plugged in and she was on it continuously. When I asked for her name she snapped back with a "why?" Turns out her name is Reyna. I then was upset as we were leaving so I calling to get a store number or corporates number or something... The phone rang for 2 minutes when I asked for a store number she responded "why and who is this?" And that she doesn't know the location number, I then asked for corporates number and she left me or hold and let me know that she doesn't know it so she is looking it up online...
