The preparation is sloppy. They can't do add ons at the window which is a new "policy." The drinks are always flat and taste like they're out of the syrup in the fountain machine. Please arbys. There are so many options in this area for food. Interesting, unique, etc. But, we were in a hurry, and one of us was very tired. So, we chose a drive-thru. We went with a reliable favorite - Arby's. Bad choice. The fries we got were basically unsalted and definitely stale. I'm not sure if they were "in the freezer too long" stale or "made a few hours ago" stale. But they were bad. The mac and cheese bites were tiny and doughy! I didn't even know that was possible. Maybe it was the batter. They had crispy and brown -- on the verge of being burnt -- exteriors. The sandwich was fine, although it was eaten by the half asleep member of our party, so the bar wasn't set too high. The drink was also fine. We did use the drive-thru, and the guy at the window was weirdly stoic. He didn't greet us when we pulled up to the window and sort of looked at a suspiciously. Not sure what that was about. I don't generally care too much about friendliness, and he wasn't rude. But he was sort of just ... there. Overall, there are lots of other fast food places nearby. We definitely should have picked one of them instead of this Arby's! read more

As of recent eating how is more like grabbing it to go and eating in your car or taking it home. I was on my way to work recently and needed some type of food I could grab last minute while in my car. The other options were either get out of the car or wait in a long drive thru line. With that you can probably figure out why I chose here. There was only one other car in the drive thru at the time that I showed up which made for a quick drive thru experience. The staff were polite and efficient. I made my order, pulled up to the window, paid and just had to wait for my food to come to me. I appreciated that the staff went the extra mile for me, they had to make fresh fries which explained the little bit of a wait I did have. As I pulled off I was happy that it was a less than ten minutes experience. When I got to work I finally checked over my order. I had gotten the turkey gyro, which is my usual go to for this establishment. Everything was going great until I bit into the toughest tomato I have ever encountered. I promptly put the gyro down and let my stomach settle a bit before proceeding. Fries were piping hot which validates that they were indeed making fresh fries. One thing that you absolutely must try is their Mac n cheese. This rivals any other fast paced establishment's Mac n cheese. I mean it was some of the creamiest that I have come across. Reminded me a bit of Panera's take on Mac n cheese, but smoother and with a better flavor to it. Definitely give it a try if it is still indeed on the menu. Location is a bit wonky, located on busy Baum Blvd. Be careful and give ample warning to the vehicles behind you if you do intend on turning in here. Parking is weird as well since they have the drive thru set up awkwardly. read more

We drove through the drive through and they didn't have our chicken ready so they told us to go park, we parked and then they didn't bring out out food so we waited for 10 whole minutes and then eventually we just went inside and got it. Horrible service ever I seen. Arrived to drive thru in order to get #13 with no bacon, also get the menu and sauces. they didn't do that. That was with bacon, and they made the new on 20 minutes. Didn't put sauces and napkins that we asked. And were no rushing to fix their fault. read more

It's a good Arby's. There's nothing really special about it but it's clean, safe, and has parking. Obviously the food is Arby's so you know what to expect, but I will say that this location has consistent food quality with juicy meats and warm crispy fries. It's also normally friendly service. They did once put inferno hot sauce on a bbq brisket but I'll give them that for being spot on every other time. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube recently, then went to Arby's the following day and realized it is right next to this Arby's, hmm....don't try to make a connection here, other than they both have a lot of grease, ha! Just making a silly off topic joke. I happened to want to give the new gyro a try to see if it holds up to Greek and Middle Eastern restaurants(of course, that seems impossible right?) Well....it turns out that they came mildly close on this one. The Gyro is not half bad actually. I think that they hit some good marks with this sandwich. I did notice that they are a bit slow for fast food, as is the case with other reviewers, but the food is good and the workers are very nice. Yeah, they did pretty well and I was in dire need of a quick meal that night, thanks Arby's! I do recommend that you pursue a healthier diet because fast food can be hard on ones system if eaten consistently on a day to day basis. Peace! read more

As a delivery driver coming here at night it's a disappointment. it's raining outside, and I'm sitting in the drive thru for over 10 mins waiting to pick an order up. I had to call the store myself and was told " the lobby is closed but our drive thru is open" then why am I sitting at the speaker and not receiving service. Wasting time and gas just sitting there. I order a delivery from Arby's after seeing numerous commercials & made me hungry for some roast beef. (Although I missed ordering curly fries, that was my mistake. ) The order I placed was over $60, food was just as expected except for the missing 2 cherry turnovers & my BIGGEST problem, given 3 REGULAR sodas/pops when only 1 regular & 2 DIET were ordered! I am a juvenile diabetic, always drink DIET soda/pop & this ruined my Arby's delivery service. Personally, I enjoy carbonated beverages from a fountain as they have at fast food businesses as if I am eating there, but the 2 DIET were for me & wasn't a good experience at all. I feel terrible about what I am about to say.... Whenever I eat at this Arby's, I have mild nausea for a few days. Every. single. time. This is the ONLY Arby's I come across, so I do not know if it something specific to the chain's food and its ingredients, or if it has to do with the kitchen condition/food storage/food prep routine at THIS location. Fast food is a once a week splurge for myself. I do not experience this abdominal and gastrointestinal discomfort from the other chains, or it might be a rare thing, honestly. This Arby's, for a heavily used urban fast food restaurant, is actually nicely kept, pretty clean, its cashiers often friendly and respectful. Orders are taken and served without extensive waits..... But the food makes me feel like I want to stay inside and talk to no one for one to two days. It COULD be that I get 'old' food, off-hours from their busiest time when it would be fresher. I think there might be requirements that food stored for x-amount of time should be disposed of...maybe I am literally eating old chicken sandwiches that have cooled and were reheated, I dont know. read more

I don't do fast food often but when I do it's always Arby's. This location opened today and it's going to be a real problem for me. Wondering why? I'll tell you, it's because the location is at the end of my street. It's located at the corner of Cypress and Baum. A three minute walk. I'm going to get fat! Especially since my boyfriend was #7 out of the first 50 customers today. What's that mean? It means he gets one free meal a week for a year. We tend to share plates when out so maybe that will cut down on the calorie intake. Sure it's a chain restaurant but it's delicious. I'll tell you that even though this was day One and the place was hopping, the service levels were above and beyond any fast food place I've been. Even other Arby's locations. As far as the food goes, you know what you're getting here. You either like it or not. Or in this case love it. But when it comes to fast food it's not often that service is as it should be. I've never had an issue with location. I've only been through drive thru but it's always been fast and accurate. Employees have always been friendly or jokesters (in a good way). Prices have always been high but I get coupons nearly every week in the mail. Can't complain. Just how Arby's and Long John Silvers have always rolled. read more

TL;DR: The cashier stole $10 from me and nobody cared. I went through the drive-thru and placed an order that was $10.03. I paid with $20.03. I did not receive change. I asked for it, and a different employee said it was already given to me. I gave him the receipt and said that I did not. I pulled over and the assistant manager came out after a few minutes. She said that my order was placed during a shift change, she counted the drawer three times, and the employee who took my order was actually $5 short and "she'll have to pay that out of pocket". I'm sorry, that sucks, but I don't care. I want my $10. The assistant manager said that there was nothing that she could do due to the drawer not being over, and told me to call the store at closing time after her manager did the final count. Called 5 times at closing time, no answer. Called 3 times the next morning, no answer. Wow, cool. I'm not going to continue this headache and waste my time over a mere $10, but this is absolutely ridiculous. read more
