Bad attitudes and never gets our order right. And then they never answer their phone I guess they know people are calling to complain.

I ordered a box combo and the Caniac. The box combo was supposed to have 4 tenders, fries, slaw and toast. The caniac has 6 tenders, fries, slaw and toast. I normally check my food before leaving, but because of the wait, i was ready to go home. Once I arrived home and looked at my food, the chicken looked dry. It in fact was very dry. I also only received 3 tiny dry tenders in my box combo and 4 tenders in the caniac. The slaw was bland and flavorless, The fries and toast were fine thank goodness. For the price of the food, which was about $30, i should've received ALL of my chicken, and because of my chicken being unbreaded and having to drop it once ordered, it shouldn't have been dry like it's been sitting. I won't be coming back to this particular location.

Prices are reasonable and you can actually get a meal for under $10 bucks . (Shocker) Cashier was friendly. I ordered 2 Big box combos. Chicken strips, crinkle fries, coleslaw and Texas toast. In my opinion this franchise is overrated. Strips were good but bland . The sauce was just ok. Coleslaw was too runny. Crinkle fries were either cold and old or undercooked. The best part was the Texas toast . Thank god for gift cards I didn't use any monies or I would have been mad.

They were about 1/2 lb of the fattiest ground beef you could get. When you got home the bag was almost see through from all the grease. They only cost $2.00 for regular burgers and $2.25 for cheeseburgers, if I remember correctly. When you drove up to place your order they would give you your drink, and when you paid for your food, they refilled your drink. It was one of my memorable hamburger joints. Now, you pull up, place your order. No drink . You drive around to pay for your food and they give you a can of Faygo soda. Pretty cheap soda. The burger is still pretty big but nothing like it used to be. The fries were okay, but next time I'll ask for no seasoning. It was kind of sweet. . So a cheeseburger, fries, and cheap soda, all for $11.00. It was good to reminisce, but the current Burger Barn will never match the original. The lady working, or maybe the owner, was super sweet. She said it was now called Bubba Burger or something like that. The White Barn part of the sign is covered up. The neighborhood is kind of sketch, but this is right next to the police department. No worries
